Located in Avola it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday which, thanks to its position, will allow you to visit the south-eastern Sicily and all its main destinations in peace and economy, discovering its archaeological and baroque sites, seaside and naturalistic areas . The apartment, located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building, is composed of a spacious double bedroom, a large kitchen-living room of about 40 square meters with a double sofa bed. The modular kitchen equipped with dishwasher, table with six chairs and other furniture. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. Outside the house there is a covered veranda with a tent equipped with a sitting area and a small table. Underneath there is a parking space in the open but inside a space closed by a gate. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump to cool in summer and heat in winter. It is 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Avola, about 1500 meters from the sea. Avola is 7 km from Noto, 25 km from Syracuse. To visit Cava Grande which is located 78 km, the county of Modica with Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli. Furthermore there are beautiful beaches ranging from Fontane Bianche to Portopalo di Capo Passero, passing through the village of Marzamemi. However in Avola there are 4 beautiful beaches

Accoglienza e pulizia impeccabili

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una settimana, ne siamo rimasti molto contenti, poiché la casa oltre ad essere dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, (macchinetta del caffè, microonde, condizionatore eccetera) era davvero pulitissima, inoltre bisogna aggiungere che i proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti, ci hanno offerto un dolce, e lasciato in frigorifero delle bottiglie di acqua fresca, cosa non scontata, che abbiamo tanto apprezzato. Sono stati disponibili per tutte le domande e i dubbi. L’appartamento si trova in uno stabile in costruzione, ma non è stato un problema, è dotato di ascensore e si trova in un cortile chiuso dal cancello in cui parcheggiare l’auto, che bisogna avere per forza per raggiungere la spiaggia di Avola, comunque a poca distanza.

Relax e mare

Alloggio pulito, confortevole, dotato di quanto necessita per un soggiorno più o meno lungo. Nelle vicinanze panificio, pizzeria, supermercato. Per andare in spiaggia è indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto e si potrà godere di un mare dall’acqua limpida, pulita e calda. I proprietari persone squisite, disponibili ed attente. Sicuramente da considerare per eventuali prossimi soggiorni e da consigliare.
