Mule Deer Meadow offers some of the best mountain views in Tahoe with direct access to the National Forrest from the backyard. Conveniently located next to Lake Tahoe, Heavenly, and the Casino's (all less than 8 miles away). This brand new estate built in 2016 includes a blend of modern and rustic design and has mountain views from every room in the house. The open floor plan is ideal for large groups and includes a game room with pool table, wet bar, and sauna. This professionally furnished home provides the setting for lasting memories. At Mule Deer Meadow you are exactly where you need to be. VHR Permit #073478 TOT#T50079

MAXIMUM LEGAL OCCUPANCY:
*14 (Children 5 and under do not count)
You may not exceed the maximum occupancy of 14, not including children 5 and under.
*6 Cars (3 in garage, 3 on driveway). No street parking is allowed.

NOISE
*We love our neighbors and we can't have excessive noise at this house. If you are looking to make noise then please find a a more suitable location. The last thing we want to do is interrupt your vacation.
*South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours. Hot tub use must end by 10pm.
*House is equipped with noise monitors that measure decibels only.

AIR CONDITONING
*We are in the 5% of homes with central air conditioning! The top two floors have AC. The lower floor does no have AC, however this floor is typically cooler.

PRIVATE Suite: Our house has a private third story suite that includes one bedroom and one bath. There is a separate entry to the private suite.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.

Everything about this property is top notch. Wonderful beds, sheets, towel, amenities. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utinsils. An amazing beautiful home for our family reunion. Looks exactly like the photos. Very well stocked with everything we needed. There were 16 of us and plenty of rooms and space for everyone. The hosts were so nice and very quick to respond. Loved every second here and will definitely be back!

Family Christmas trip

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful setting!! the trip was time for our family to spend Christmas together. Our group was a total of 13 and we never felt cramped. The house was perfect for us. Our host was always responsive and wanted to ensure we were taken care of. If our travels ever take us back to Lake Tahoe as a family we would love to again stay in this house.

Great extended family ski trip

House was great, just as advertised and easily fit the 7 adults and 7 kids without feeling cramped at all. House was very well stocked on all the basics (soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, spices, etc). Communication was excellent and quick on any questions we had. Beautiful home and location

We stayed here during our annual family Tahoe trip and it did not disappoint. We were able to comfortably stay with 15 adults and 5 children. The location is great for anyone wanting to go to Heavenly. The backyard view is stunning when it’s snowing. The house was very well stocked with tons of kitchen items, towels, dish soap and hand soap. Chad and Helen were so communicative from the get-go and made this booking seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation.

We gathered with our 4 adult children, their spouses and all our grandchildren. The home for our large group worked perfectly. Room for everyone. Comfortable vibe throughout. The game room and jacuzzi was a plus for the teenagers in our group! The kitchen was above expectation as far as having so many needed utensils, pans, and dishes for a large group. Close to all activities. I would definitely stay in this home again.
