What really sets this house apart are the many spacious porches, including one overlooking the quiet Seaside Drive for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a book. In addition to all the amenities of the home there are four televisions, stereo, wireless internet access. And once you park your car you won’t need it again because Pier View Cottage is a short walk to Surfside Pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, a beach store, and beach bars. *** PET friendly with a pet fee***

Why they chose this property

Karen and I purchased Pier View in 2011 to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year. We love the location right on the beach and on a small two block street that provides a level of privacy that is not usual in most oceanfront vacation communities.

What makes this property unique

Our outdoor space! Two large and spacious oceanfront decks and another spacious deck on the back of the house. There is also a lot of space under the main level to enjoy shady beach breezes.
