This modern apartment located in the neighborhood of Sarria, in the northeastern part of the city is ideal for those people looking for a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars that have been established for many years.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Plaça d'Adrià / Miter - Mandri - V13, H6, 70, V11) and trains (Muntaner). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. When it comes to supermarkets there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 2 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 1 bathroom created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with a bathtub and integrated shower.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, without forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

Kleines Appartement in guter Lage

Zu viert war das Appartement doch fast zu eng, vor allem das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Der generelle Zustand ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Z.B. Kaputte Küchenfronten, gerissene Scheibe des Kochfelds, Tür zum Balkon konnte nicht mehr verriegelt werden. Ansonsten liegt das Appartement gut. Mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, sowie Bus und Bahn im Umfeld

Bait and switch

The apartment shown in this listing is not the one I was given when I arrived. When I realized it shortly after checking in, I reached out to the property manager only to be told that it was the same as the one in the listing, just different decorations. This was flat out untrue. It was missing an entire section of the kitchen cabinetry, which presumably held all the kitchen items that were missing, like silverware, cooking utensils, pots or pans, a coffee maker. They moved me to another apartment in a different building the next day, but not until it was clear I was not going to accept the current one. So I had to waste several more hours dealing with it and moving our stuff. When I was signing the rental paperwork for the second one, I mentioned the lack of basic amenities as promised in the listing, the gentleman told me they would have just taken those from a different apartment and brought them to me if I had mentioned it. He told me they manage four identical apartments in the same building and just slot people into whichever one is up next when they check in. This is not what the spirit of VRBO is in my opinion. The photos that are listed are supposed to be of the actual property you are renting. On top if all of this, the place is just in really shoddy condition. The walls are filthy, the kitchen sink had an entire chunk missing, the sheets were threadbare and in one of the rooms, the sheet had a cigarette burn in it. Even the sheets in the second apartment, which was in equally poor condition overall, we’re so threadbare that there were holes in them. The only nice thing I can really say about it is that the gentleman who came to bring me replacement sheets at 10:00 at night was very nice and seemed embarrassed by the fact that there were holes in the first place, even more so after I told him the first apartment had the same issue. Not only would I not rent from this company again, I wouldn’t trust any apartment managed by them. Honestly, I’m concerned after posting this review that they will manufacture some reason to deny returning my security deposit.

very poor condition apartment

there are many broken things in the apartment including: 1. hole in the wall 2. cracks in the bathroom wall 3. broken oven 4. cracked pipes 5. both bed rooms are extremely small. not much space between beds or beds and walls. 6. Scaring siren-like sound whenever someone is taking shower and no one can sleep because of the loud scaring sound. 5. peeling exterior walls facing inside of the building. i have pictures for proofs. unfortunately do not know how to upload these pictures.
