Preacher's View is a well-equipped, light and airy detached house with three bedrooms (two double and one bunk room) and two bathrooms (one is en-suite) on the ground floor and a super, open-plan living space on the first floor with wonderful views. This sunny house is a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day and enjoys the benefits of both off road parking and a private garden. A perfect spot for families, couples and friends around the year.
A short walk takes you right into the heart of this popular seaside town, where you will find everything you need to make your holiday complete - some excellent places to eat, interesting shops to browse and the chance of some crabbing or a day's sailing from the picturesque quay. Or just take a seat outside one of the many cafes and watch the world go by.
For beach lovers, Wells beach is a hard one to beat; golden sands framed by pine woods and a row of colourful beach huts stretch as far as the eye can see. Preacher's View comes with its own beautifully refurbished hut, Cuthbert's Cabin.

Bedroom three With full-size bunk beds and a chest of drawers. Family bathroom With bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.

Open-plan living space A very spacious and light filled dual aspect room, the full width of the house, with views to the church and over the town. Sitting room A choice of seating areas with comfortable sofas to both sides of the room, television with Freeview and DVD player. Feature wall mounted electric fire. Blinds to windows (curtains are decorative only). Dining kitchen A light, dual aspect room with fitted units to two sides, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has a table with seating for six and views to the church.

To the rear of the house is a paved, enclosed private courtyard garden with garden furniture and magnificent views of the church. At the front of the house there are large double gates that open into the courtyard with parking area suitable for one vehicle.
