There is a dining table with seating for four

A dual aspect room with inglenook fireplace and gas stove, television with FreeSat and DVD player.
Norfolk Winder wooden stairs are enclosed, steep, curved and narrow with a hand rail on one side.
First Floor:
Double bedroom
With dormer window to the front aspect and a double bed.
Double bedroom
With window to the rear of the property and a double bed.
Bathroom
Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
There is a lovely enclosed garden to the front of the cottage with a lawned area and patio with table and chairs and a wooden bench. This area is so lovely that even the neighbour's cat likes to come and visit.
Free parking is available on the Buttlands just a two minute walk away, or at the bottom of the High Street, off Church Plain, one minute walk from the cottage.
There is no direct vehicle access to the cottage.
