Christy's apartment was perfect for our stay in Amsterdam. The two bedrooms/two bathrooms was just the space we needed for 2 couples, and the living area provided a nice respite after sight seeing in Amsterdam. Christy was quick to respond to our inquiries about museums, transportation, and restaurants in the area. We even had to seek medical attention for one of family members who was ill upon arrival, and Christy was quick to provide recommendations for clinics. We can't praise Christy enough for her assistance during our stay!

Host was very attentive. Adequate supplies and the room was comfortable. Location was close to shops and transit. WE probably should have paid more attention to the term “penthouse.” It is a fourth floor unit with narrow, steeply sloped stairs. It is Amsterdam however, so we might have thought to ask. A tad more info in the description would have been appreciated, but we had a lovely time overall.

Great place to stay outside of the city center. Charming place and area. A lot of good restaurants nearby as well as grocery store. Short walk to the park and easy to uber places Host was very nice and helpful with getting our bags up to the 4th floor.

What’s wonderful stay for our family! The beds are huge and comfortable and the AC keeps the bedrooms nice and cool. Christy has thought of everything. There were extra adaptors for those of us with US electrical plugs, drinks stocked in the small fridge, and a lovely juice bar just downstairs. Speaking of stairs, yes they are crazy steep, but completely normal for Amsterdam and our host happily helped us carry luggage up (4 flights). The neighborhood is very convenient to the tram for traveling throughout the city (3 stops to the museums) but you are away from the crazy hustle and bustle. It felt like living in a real Amsterdam neighborhood instead of being tourists.

Our stay was incredible. Christy was such a lovely host. Very responsive and made us feel so welcome. We arrived early and she accommodated our luggage until check in and even brought it up to our room later in the day. The location is superb. So many restaurants and the park is nearby. The street is very quiet at night. I would recommend her home to anyone.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location couldn't be any better. Close enough to the city center but also the area directly around the property has everything you could need. Grocery store is one block away. Restaurants and coffee shops are right downstairs. Property was spacious and everything was nice and clean. You could easily come and go as you please. The host was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfortable beds (essential after long days walking).Perfectly located for everything we needed.Christy and her daughter were very helpful and just on hand if you needed them.Only one thing worth noting is there are 4 flights of “typical Amsterdam” steep stairs up to the apartment.A great 2 night stay in a wonderful location.
