LARGE AND LOVELY! LOTS OF ROOM IN THIS 3 BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON THE OCEAN!

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This three bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearence is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Dirty and parking and the sewer smell

The room was very dirty and the entire time had a sewer smell. The parking garage was horrible. Trying to get in and out with an suv was terrible. As a family we would not be staying there again. We even left a day early.

Fan over stove barely worked, stove needs replacing, only one dish rag and one dish towel for a week, floors were very sticky, we had to have maintenance come and put new rollers in sliding glass door, we couldn't get door open at all.

Barbara died three months later and I was hoping to find a greater peace by returning to that “happy place”! That, indeed, did happen.However, I was disappointed that condo #1401 was so dated, run down, and ill equipped. Sockets were so overloaded that there was hardly a convenient place to plug in a charger for my phone or computer, and it seemed to be very unsafe! Kitchen utensils were in such short supply that if the unit were fully used with 6-10 people you would have to use the dish washer after every meal. And don’t get me started on the worn out frying pans and cheap balcony chairs! Seriously, people, for that price I should be able to expect better than that.The decoration were nice, however one needs to do more than just look at the ambiance of a place.

Love coming to Myrtle Beach its beautiful with plenty to do.

The property was nice. It was a great location. Needs more dishes to cook with. It had a musty smell to it and furniture was dirty.

Reasonably priced ocean front condo. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The property is dated and could use an update and new mattresses, but we enjoyed our Easter getaway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was exactly as pictured. My biggest complaint is the parking. It was a complete nightmare. There were ZERO spots available. We were given 2 passes per room (so 4 parking spaces total.) IF you went anywhere, you had to hope you got lucky. If not, you drive around the tightest parking garage ever and hoped that someone left. EVERYONE complained. People sat in the garage literally refusing to move because they had nowhere to go. It was miserable and needs to be fixed before renting out these rooms at this price without mentioning that you may or may not have anywhere to park.

Location is great.

Loved the location. The room smelled musky/mildewy when we opened the door. The balcony was full of pigeon poop and on the furniture. The property manager Lindsey was amazing she came up and cleaned it promptly. Over all the place was okay and we enjoyed our weekend.
