A pretty house on the island of BATZ facing the sea and 3 minutes from the beach

Need to recharge your batteries? Come and taste the sweetness of life on the island of Batz, a Breton island with bicycles located 10 minutes from Roscoff. Our pretty house CLASSIFIED 3 STARS, completely renovated is facing south with a breathtaking view of the sea from each room will give you a total change of scenery. Each room has a bathroom with shower. The garden with its terrace for sunny days, is quiet, fully enclosed for children who are welcome and who will find many board games. The house and the setting lend themselves to family holidays in all seasons. Childcare equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub and changing table are available on request.

On the ground floor, a large room with a 180-degree sea view welcomes you with the kitchen, dining room and lounge area.

In the basement: the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer as well as a freezer.
Outside the house, you will find a room for strollers and bicycles: 2 adult bicycles and one for children from 10-11 years old are at your disposal.
And on beautiful days and evenings, you will have in the garden, a lounge and a barbecue, beach games.

The landing stage is located 5 minutes walk from the house, the nearest beach 3 minutes away and the village with its shops 10 minutes away.

Our house is the starting point for many hikes or bike rides.

Towels, beach towels, tea towels are provided free of charge.
Cleaning fee of 60€ is included in taxes
Bed linen rental possible: €8 per pair of sheets.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement reçus par Chantal et Michel chez qui nous avons séjourné 2 semaines. Leur maison est très agréable avec une veranda qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur la mer et les rivages en face...La maison est charmante et confortable. Elle est très bien située, proche du debarcadère et dans le village où l'on trouve des restaurants et commerces. Le jardin cloturé est bien équipé pour pouvoir profiter de l'exterieur en toute quiétude.Nous recommandons vivement cette bonne adresse!

Nous avons reçu Jeanne et sa famille dans notre maison sur l'île pendant 15 jours. Ce sont des invités charmants très respectueux de la maison et des consignes de fin de séjour. La communication a été très fluide avant , pendant et durant le séjour et nous avons eu le plaisir de les rencontrer et d'échanger à la fin de ce séjour. Nous serons heureux de les accueillir à nouveau.

Vue magnifique de la maison, calme, accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et attentionné.

Du soleil pendant les 3/4 du séjour. Et beaucoup de vent. Mais des promenades stimulantes et de très beaux sites. les chapelets de rochers en mer, la côte couverte de fleurs entre les blocs de granit, les nombreuses plages de sable blanc, nous étions hors du temps. Nous aimerions pouvoir y revenir.

La maison est parfaite avec a disposition tout le matériel de puériculture. Séjour très agréable.

Confort et évasion

Au delà de la beauté de l'île et du plaisir de parcourir ses sentiers, cette location est un lieu chaleureux où on se sent bien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et bienveillants. Le point de vue est exeptionnel et reposant. Séjour parfait pour se ressourcer seul ou en famille.

Échappée d'un week-end

Parti pour un week-end pour me mettre au vert, j'ai vécu un grand moment de bleu. Du salon, la vue, digne de celle d'un vieux marin, resonne encore dans mes yeux... Les décorations de la maison m'ont encore plus détaché des obligations continentales. Je pourrais en dire long encore...

Maison chaleureuse et confortable, très bien située. Il ne manque rien. Vue splendide du lever au coucher du soleil. Chantal et Michel nous ont accueillis comme des amis. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.
