We have just got home from an amazing 10 days in the villa, It was literally like home from home everything we needed was there communication with the owners was immediate & we have had the best time. We would love to visit again next year & would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. It had everything you could imagine and the pool was amazing! The house was spotless and enormous! Plenty of space and additional fridges and kitchens !!! The host was very responsive to any query and very kindly allowed us to have a late check out which helped with a late flight. I would definitely stay at this house again as it literally had everything you need. I have to mention the view - it was breathtaking from all rooms and is by far the best I have ever seen. The balcony provides so much space to sit in or out of the sun that you can watch the view at any point in the day. To see so much of the sea was wonderful if you are considering travelling to Heraklion this is the place to stay ! Watching the planes was fascinating and the noise was hardly noticeable! We all loved this villa especially the pool and are so grateful we could stay. Thanks again Maria.

This villa is amazing! And larger than it looks in the photos. The views are incredible, the villa is huge and the pool is fantastic! We stayed ten days there and loved it. Communication with Maria was brilliant - she answered every query promptly and was so helpful. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need, from bin bags to washing detergent! Wifi was good inside and outside, and there is air conditioning throughout the villa.The villa was immaculate, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding pristine, all bedrooms fitted with shutters and/or blinds. Plenty of good quality towels were provided for inside and out. Sitting out on the two balconies to watch the beautiful sunsets or relaxing by the pool on one of the many loungers was such a treat. Do note that the pool is deep everywhere (apart from the jacuzzi area), which made for great diving for our two sons. And you really need a car. But all in all, I cannot recommend this villa and its owners highly enough.

Wonderful stay

The villa is beautiful, the posted pictures do not do it justice. So much room and everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic. There is always sun or shade, depending on what you need. The area is very quiet and the views are stunning. You do need a car but there is a supermarket in walking distance. Maria was brilliant and responded very quickly to all our questions. I would definitely come back. Many thanks.

Maria was a wonderful host! You definitely need a car, but the views are worth it!If you are not a confident swimmer I highly suggest a life jacket as there is no shallow end of the pool! We would definitely stay again!

Wat een fantastisch huis!Alles was aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse had koffie, water, sap en koekjes klaargezet. Was goed te benaderen en communicatie was prettig en de reactie volhde snel bij vragen. Het zwembad is heel erg groot (en diep) en super schoon. Tijdens het verblijf werd deze nog een keer schoon gemaakt. Het hele huis was prima schoon en beddengoed, handdoeken waren ruimschoots aanwezig.Wij hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad

Pas du tout conforme à la géolocalisation. Maison loin de toute commodité la voiture est INDISPENSABLE ce qui n'est pas dit dans l'annonce. Personne à notre arrivé. Les prix des taxis EXORBITANT.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you did not stay to enjoy the facilities of our house with the superb pool and the unlimited view. It's unfair to rate 1 star because you regret your booking. You mast know that you have been denied accommodation by a family that visits the villa every year on such days. Also the location of the villa is shown exactly on the maps of the VRBO platform. Still of course if you asked we would have informed you that you will need to have a car to get around. Finally, the cost of taxis in Heraklion is much lower than in other countries. We will always be waiting to host you.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus und auch die Aussicht waren Umwerfend. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und hatten viel Spaß in dem riesigen Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist grundsätzlich gut aber man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen und auch an den Fahrweg nach oben hat man sich schnell gewöhnt. Kurz gesagt....ein toller Urlaub den wir gerne wiederholen

A perfect hoiliday

The house is very large, plenty of room for everyone, the pool is huge too and nice and deep. Had a truly lovely time. There is a very friendly bar five minutes walk away, views from the pool over the airport, so always something going on! 10 minutes drive to decent beaches or to Heraklion, really couldn't ask for much more. A car is essential, as is a smartphone and someone competent with Googlemaps/directions! Thank you so much, after such an awful 18 months this was just what was needed and exceeded expectations in every way.

Séjour agréable

Très bon accueil. Maison splendide. Il faut pouvoir communiquer en anglais au téléphone avec Maria qui est très sympathique et disponible. La voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer car la mer est éloignée et les chiens en liberté peuvent être agressifs. Soucis de lumière pour dormir car les volets sont endommagés. Pour le reste tout est perfait.

Wonderful stay in this villa!

The villa was much better than our expectations and the photos really didn't do justice. Everything was excellent. The pool and the Jacuzzi were great and we spent a lot of time in them. Kids loved playing in the pool during the hot July sun. The property is a nice location with a view of the airport. We enjoyed watching planes land and takeoff during the day and night. The rooms were clean and the elevator was very helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic items. Overall this villa is very nice for a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Crete. I would gladly recommend to my friends and family. In addition, Maria and her parents were great hosts as well.
