House Rules
1. Bring your Slippers. Guests are to NOT wear shoes in the Guest Home. There is a Mud Room at the entry with a large bookshelf for shoes. You can place your shoes on or under the bookshelf. The Guest Home feels brand new.
2. No pets.
3. No smoking.
4. Baby Wipes (wipes in general, paper towels and feminine products) must be thrown in the garbage and CANNOT be put down the toilet. They can cause major plumbing problems). Even if the product says it is safe to flush- it isn't.
5. The Guest Suite and Pool are available to only those that are paying to use it. No Parties with friends or relatives. This is a highly desired neighborhood with a strict HOA.
