When it's time to eat, enjoy an alfresco meal on the patio. While you're outside, you'll be able to enjoy the mature desert landscaping, cookouts on the gas grill, and the gorgeous fence mural. Back inside, the interior amenities extend to a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a collection of board games.

Less than 12 miles from the quiet neighborhood you are nestled in, enjoy visiting Mansel Carter Oasis Park & San Tan Regional Park, Seville Golf & Country Club, Johnson Ranch, the Higley Center for the Performing Arts, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Family fun

In town to spend time with my grandkids and I am a truck driver so being able to park my tractor in the drive was outstanding, so in other words plenty of parking. Close to everything I needed to do and wanted to do. No griddle for cooking is my only real negative.
