Well presented and clean house. Owners need to tell future clients about the access road and the steepness of the driveway. Close to local amenities in Strathyre , but a good half hour drive to Calendar .

We had a really great time at the cottage, because of the Covid situation we didn’t eat out but took everything with us to make meals in for the week. Every utensil we needed was in the cottage. We have 2 dogs and they loved it too, the garden was big and all enclosed so they could just roam. We loved sitting watching the birds and the squirrels visiting the various feeding stations in the garden and the hot tub was amazing after walking for miles each day exploring the area. We had a wonderful break in Scotland, due to Covid we were a little nervous travelling.

We had a wonderful break in Scotland, due to Covid we were a little nervous travelling. The house was perfect, plenty of space for everyone and ideal location to visit various parts of Scotland. There were plenty of walks from the house and further afield. The bungalow was well stocked with facilities, the hot tub was great after a long walk. We enjoyed the photo wall in the dining room and managed to identify most of them. The teenagers enjoyed the games room at the bottom of the garden and WiFi was pretty good as they didn’t complain. It is hard to work out layout from photos but it is a good size for 8 people. The locks were beautiful and mountains stunning only a short distance away. The local shop was small but good for emergencies and insect spray. Plenty of shops in Callander and Stirling too as well as things to do. If we are visiting again we would certainly return to Tigh Rainreach Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a great stay at Tigh Raineach. A lovely, well equipped cottage, lots of good walks nearby and a hot tub to come back to. The Broch Cafe and local shop within walking distance were very handy. Went with my friends to celebrate my 60th birthday.

Went with my friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. Perfect for a ladies get together. Cottage has everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and robust covid practices in place. We loved the hot tub and sauna and even had a go at the table football. Nice walks on the doorstep and 5 min walk to local pub for dinner. Only negative for us was that we couldn't find anyone who would deliver a carryout meal to Strathyre but we managed to make do with pizzas from wee village ship. Really enjoyed watching the red squirrels and variety of birds who came to feed on the nuts in the garden. Communication from the owners was excellent too. This is a very well equipped home, lots of great small touches, games, DVD, really well equipped kit

This is a very well equipped home, lots of great small touches, games, DVD, really well equipped kitchen, and the hot tub is great after a long day of walking! bonus that there is a nice bar not too far to walk to as well. The only area that is a slight shame is the speed of the wifi, its not terrible but its not fast enough for video calls.

What a wonderful holiday we had here at Tigh Raineach. Excellent location and beautiful walks right on our doorstep. The house had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable holiday. The kitchen was well equipped the beds super comfy. There were games and books and DVD’S aplenty for cosy evenings in. The owner was easily contactable and very helpful with any questions/queries. One of the best holidays we’ve had as a family in the UK I couldn’t recommend it enough. Even the dog has been pouting since we came home ?
