Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Economy 7 central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Towel hire. Front landscaped garden. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, within walking distance of the shingle beach and sea, this semi-detached holiday barn is situated at end of cul-de-sac amongst a cluster of cottages, beautifully converted from a range of old brick and flint barns. Sailing, watersports, and a wealth of good walking and cycling can be enjoyed from doorstep, including Peddars Way and the North Norfolk Coastal Path. Visit Sheringham, 3 miles, with its sandy beach, promenade gardens, pier and ‘Splash’ aqua park. The Georgian market town of Holt is 5 miles and Kelling Heath for woodland and heathland trails is just 2 miles. Village shop and pub 50 yards and newly furnished restaurant 80 yards.



Please remember to take your own towels. Alternatively, towel hire is available at £2 per person, per week. Up to two dogs only - charges apply.
