Absolutely loved our quick little get away.

Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. Wren Cottage was a lovely place to stay.

Wren Cottage was a lovely place to stay. Very welcoming hosts, and a super little cottage. Easy to keep warm too. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and looking out over to the forest! Good location with beautiful scenery and lots to do. Would definitely recommend.

before arriving me and my partner were not sure exactly what to take with us, stuff to wash the dish

before arriving me and my partner were not sure exactly what to take with us, stuff to wash the dishes, towels, tea bags and stuff but we were very happy to find all was provided. The guy showed us everything we needed straight away and covered any concerns we had. I feel the cottage was a bit nicer than the photos suggested inside. The owner also made some suggestions on places to visit and we saw some wonderful places all within an hour of the cottage. 4 nights was perfect to fit it all in and it was a shame to leave. Thank you so much for the stay and I can see why it has such a high rating. Would recommomend to anyone

Delightful cottage in tucked away location.

Delightful cottage in tucked away location. Great base for walking and exploring the area. Nice range of shops, pubs etc locally. Red Kite feeding was breathtaking and the best stretches of the Brecon way close by. Watching woodpeckers from the hot tub a great way to end the day. Can't wait to go back!

A very enjoyable holiday, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The cottage is well equipped with plenty of room for 2 or 3 persons. The shower room is clean and modern, if a little snug for the more well built or some one with mobility problems. Mary & Shaun are very welcoming and helpful, there is plenty of information in the cottage about the area to help you plan your days out. The only negative for us was the sofa and chair in the lounge which are not very comfortable, being very low. The hot tub is well maintained and a big plus offering comfort and relaxation after a day out site seeing or walking.

Myself, my partner and our 8 month old had an amazing stay at wren cottage.

Myself, my partner and our 8 month old had an amazing stay at wren cottage. The cottage is packed full of everything you need for your stay. Plenty of fresh towels, lots of pots, pans and cutlery and the convenience of a laundry room 20 feet away. The even provided a cot bed and high chair for the baby and had fresh milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar in the cupboard. Very relaxing with an amazing hot tub and stunning views. Lots of excursions nearby and supermarkets. We cannot thank Mary and Shaun enough for their help after our car broke down 7 hours from home! We would love to return one day. Cannot recommend this lovely cottage with lovely owners enough! 10 stars!

Had an amazing short stay at Wren Cottage.

Had an amazing short stay at Wren Cottage. Wanted a break away from busy life and this was perfect for that. Particularly enjoyed looking at the stars from the warmth of the hot tub!! Cottage was clean and comfy and well equipped. Owners were lovely - very friendly and helpful. Will be booking this again for the end of the year!!
