Everything about the apartment was positive except the walk in shower which was promised by the pers

Everything about the apartment was positive except the walk in shower which was promised by the person we booked with telling me this accommodation had a walk in shower but it only had a overbath shower which my wife found very difficult to use in fact totally inadequate.
