The sitting room hosts a sofa bed and log burner.

The cottage is located a stones-throw away from the river Tamar, the two local pubs serving great food, the Calstock railway station and a three minute walk from the Calstock boat yard and the shoreline of the river Tamar.

There is a large free car park less than 100 metres away from the cottage.

Please note fire wood is not provided but a starter pack is purchasable for £20 if ordered before arrival and we can also direct you to where more can be purchased.

Thoughtful extras: linens, towels, TV with satellite or Freeview, books, magazines, and even a few plants to make it feel like home. Sofa bed linen can be provided for 20 GBP - arranged in advance. Wood and kindling for the wood burner can be provided for 20 GBP - arranged in advance.
