A traditional Cornish farmers cottage, situated in the riverside village of Calstock.
Inside, you will find an open-plan sitting room and kitchen, an outdoor terrace, a double bedroom, shower room with wash handbasin and WC.
The sitting room hosts a sofa bed and log burner. (kindling, wood and firelighters not supplied)
The cottage is located a stones-throw away from the river Tamar, the two local pubs serving great food, the Calstock railway station and a three minute walk from the Calstock boat yard and the shoreline of the river Tamar.
(Log Burner - additional charge of £20 for one small basket of logs and kindling via pre arrangement)

One Drake Road and Apartments are privately owned and managed by two experienced hospitality and retail experts. Iain was born and bred into hospitality industry following in his parents footsteps with an international career in marketing, PR, design and hotel and restaurant operations.
Parking - Calstock is full of old country lanes so there is a large free car park in the centre of the village by the river for everyone to use. It takes two minutes to walk to the cottage.
Train - Calstock has it’s own train station around a five minute walk away. This connects you to Plymouth with regular trains to London Paddington.
Bus - there are several bus routes that pass through Calstock including a regular service to Tavistock and beyond.
