What a birthday weekend for a six year old boy .

What a birthday weekend for a six year old boy . He loved it .We could not find fault with any of it .The managers were very welcoming.Great being able to use the pool . The play area had everything they needed ,well kept area.The kids enjoyed it ,so much so that we have booked it again for next year .

Our four night break turned into two nights due to COVID-19 lockdown but we still enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped, in a conversion that also retained the look and feel of a railway carriage. We had time to visit Felixstowe, the Museum of East Anglian Life in Stowmarket and Stonham Barns. Hopefully, we will be able to return for a longer stay. Only downside is it is not very near to local facilities ie nearest village pIn was a drive away, wouldn’t like to walk to it, very dark lanes and no footpaths. Overall though we enjoyed the break. Great week spent here.

Great week spent here. The carriage was excellent with everything you need already there and was very clean. The grounds around the site were immaculate too and great for the kids to play. The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were great too. Only minor issue would be that it could do with some nicer outdoor seating. Would highly recommend a stay here.
