About the host
Hosted by Rural Retreats Holidays Ltd
I like that my lodge is peaceful, calming, restful and in an historic village in a beautiful part of the country. Guests often comment it is spacious and comfortable yet cosy. Light and airy and with an away from it all vibe. Some prefer to soak up the country atmosphere, walks to the village pub, or enjoying a quiet time on the terrace – breakfast outside in the summer, watching the sun go down, or around the fire pit in winter in the covered illuminated outside area. There is so much to see and do locally – medieval villages, the coast, other towns, plus the games barn with table tennis, pool, darts and table football. Guests keep returning year after year which is testament to my five star rating.
