Lovely, spacious, clean and characterful cottage, in a stunning village.
Lovely, spacious, clean and characterful cottage, in a stunning village. Very well equipped with bbq and all the kitchen tools you could need. A shame the pub next door wouldn’t have us for food, drinks, lunch or dinner on any of the 4 days we were there, not leaving many choices for local amenities but as the cottage garden was so nice and we were so lucky with the weather we just had bbqs. The Royal Oak inn in Withypool was the polar opposite however, great food and a very warm welcome, deffo worth checking out! Would definitely recommend and will hope to stay at this cottage again! A really beautiful location for a lovely cottage.
A really beautiful location for a lovely cottage. We were a three generation family on holiday and the house was perfect with lots of space to spread out - great lounge with a log fire perfect for early mornings and evenings spent as a family. Kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was well used. Very good showers (3) meant we could all get ready in the morning. The garden is also lovely with space to either play with children/dog and lots of sitting areas. The area is beautiful with a great little shop next door (part of the pub) and lots of walks from the door. We would love to go back.
