Lovely tranquil spot. Only criticism was that the beds were very uncomfortable especially the double bed. Being next to a pig farm meant there was a lot of flies which was to be expected. However the cabin was spotlessly clean and tidy upon entry.

Fantastic retreat, so secluded, I would say that the fishing wasn't what was expected I am sure there are fish in there and we caught a number of small perch. We are not good fishermen at all. but was hoping to catch more. Also access to the lake could be difficult for those with mobility issues. For instance I was fine 47 years old and no issues, but my dad 68 and my son who has a walking disability found the small drop in front of the cabin difficult.
But if you know how to fish and have no issues with small grass slopes then what a great place to stay the cabin itself was lovely and so spacious and absolutely spotless on arrival.
We are going back but we will be better prepared for the slope we are taking a rope.

Very rare to find proper peace and seclusion, no neighbours, no WiFi or phone signal, didn't even bother putting television on, absolute bliss. Cabin far better than it looks in photo.
