Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Patio with terrace, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a steep drop from the terrace. There are 10 steps at the rear.. This immaculately presented, adjoining holiday home boasts one of the most enviable views in Cornwall. It sits on the edge of the beautiful Fowey Estuary overlooking the mouth of the river, out across the sea, and across to Polruan. The house has an elevated terrace, perfect to enjoy the views. There is a sandy beach and paddling pool a few yards away, and the southwest coastal path passes in front of the property. The porch offers beautiful views and an additional sitting area, perfect if you need a quiet space to work or read.

Fowey has much to offer, from restaurants to riverside cafes, galleries that showcase local artists and artisans, to tea rooms and local shops. There is an annual literary festival in May, also in August, the Royal Regatta. The property is not far away from the Eden Project, a popular visitor attraction. Fishing is also available nearby. Shops 200 yards, pub 250 yards.

Amazing location and stunning view.

Amazing location and stunning view. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Short walk into the town for shops, cafes and restaurants and several lovely circular walks on the coast straight from the door if you are walkers. The owners are lovely too if you need anything.

This lovely apartment has views to die for.

This lovely apartment has views to die for. It is so relaxing sitting by the window watching boats coming & going up the estuary. Fowey is a pretty vibrant little town & Tides Reach is well placed to enjoy it's charms. We hardly used the car during our stay as there are many interesting coastal walks & boat trips. This is our second visit & we hope to return next year.

This property has one of the best views you could ever wish for.

This property has one of the best views you could ever wish for. It is very comfortable and the hosts are very attentive and friendly. The only slight niggle is the approach to the back door, but as it is in Fowey this goes with the territory, everything is built into the hillsides.

Such a great place to spend a week in Cornwall with my family.

Such a great place to spend a week in Cornwall with my family. The location was perfect and the views, amazing! We didn’t want to leave. The owners were there if we needed them but not intrusive. My only issue was more of a personal preference, not a complaint. The beds were too soft for me. Again, not a complaint but more just to let potential renters know just in case they are like me and need an firm bed. Other than that, I just can’t fault the place; it’s lovely and it was hard to say goodbye!

A wonderful few days, helped by a cloudless last week of March. Fantastic location, with views across to Polruan and the open sea. Very comfortable and well appointed half-house (very roomy for a couple), with that most valuable of Fowey assets: a parking space. Lovely clifftop walk from the house past Readymoney, or take the ferry across to Polruan and walk to awesome Lantic Bay and the headland beyond. Also conveniently located for a drive to Polperro and Looe in one direction, and Mevagissey and the Roseland peninsular in the other.

This is the perfect holiday home.

This is the perfect holiday home. It is so comfortable and the view is to die for. If the weather is good it is perfect eating your meals on the terrace. It is also so good to have a second bathroom for when friends or family stay. The icing on the cake is having your own parking space. A stress free holiday.

This was our first visit to tides reach and certainly not the last. The house is exceptionally clean, bright and spacious the views are wonderful and the town is about a five minute stroll away. There are a few coves which are quite hidden. I would highly recommend this house.
