If you are looking for fresh and clean this is where you want to stay. Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry town home. No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities galore including
11 swimming pools,(5 heated) tennis courts, putt putt, shuffle board and a Beach House directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Golf cart included in your rent!!
This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom town home sleeps 6 with a queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the family room. An open concept floor plan with tropical decor features new lvp flooring, plenty of seating to enjoy the 51' flat screen TV, kitchen is completely equipped for all your cooking needs, washer and dryer are steps away from the kitchen.
The newly furnished dining area offers seating for 6 along with an additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
If grilling out is your pleasure, enjoy cooking on the new gas grill while relaxing on the back porch. Upstairs features an updated bath, master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the landscaped grounds, nice size 2nd bedroom with a large closet. Activities are just out your back door with tennis courts, a swimming pool and a shuffle board court. In the laundry room you will find a full size washer and dryer.
If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 2 miles away with over a million square feet of open air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park.
If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple miles of the town home.
A vacationers paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade. Take a short walk thru the resort to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away.
Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields.
Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was super easy. Nice area, close to everything you need, the townhouse was very nice and clean and my kids enjoyed the golf cart riding back and forth to the beach. Very quiet and safe area as well. Quality Vacation Property

We had an outstanding stay in Panama City Beach and my family and I owe it to this excellent property. Everything listed in the description was provided and more. The property was very comfortable and the access to the beach was perfect especially given the use of a golf cart. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance or an easy drive. We cooked and grilled a couple times and everything we needed was there. It is plain to see that the owner has a terrific eye for creating a great experience for guests. We rated this property a well deserved 5 stars, but had a couple of minor items that did not detract from our experience. The master bed was a bit creaky. The golf cart got a flat tire over night near the end of our stay. That was not the owner’s fault and it really did not take away from our experience. Overall, we can’t recommend this property enough!

Perfect for baseball tournament location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Normally we stay on the beach, but we came to play baseball so it was a great location to the fields. Golf cart made it easy accessible to get to the beach walkway. The condo is decorated nicely and the property owner was easy to get in touch with.

This was just what we needed! The townhome had everything we needed for our stay (towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc). It was clean when we arrived. The resort was safe and quiet. The golf cart was used alot for beach trips and just cruising around the resort. Property owner was super easy to interact with. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and quiet. Gulf Highlands is close to everything. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The unit was close to the pool and the golf cart made going back and forth to the beach a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. Such a great value. Perfect condo for week family stay!

This property was just as described! While we didn’t use all the extras, it was nice to have them as options! (Grill, outside patio, etc.) we stayed here a week for the softball World Series. It was a great location, central to everything. Loved the security of gated community and parking right out front! The golf cart was a huge plus when getting back and forth to the beach! Communication with owner was easy and quick. Would highly recommend this place!

Loved Our Stay

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Communication was quick and easy, and the golf cart was great! We loved having laundry available as well. The AC is really loud when it comes on, but that's about the only negative and it's worth it for the cool air. :) Highly recommend visiting The Saltwater Grill while you visit. It's a quick, easy walk and everything we ate was delicious. Just get your name on the list early. We hope to be back in the near future!

Home is well thought out; ergonomic, coastal, and super cozy. MONEY VERY WELL SPENT!!!!

When I arrived I was delighted by the beach vibe of the neighborhood. The home is decorated with the cutest beach decor as well. The home is well thought out and you will find everything you need and more there for your use. The area is very secure/safe and the whole neighborhood is extremely friendly. The home is VERY CLEAN!!! The floor is tiled and i was able to walk around barefoot without getting dirt stuck to my feet which i rarely find with airbnb/vrbo. You just check in at front gate, get you pass, go to the home push in the code on the door and your in,NO HASSLE!!! the home has a balcony upstairs off one of the bedrooms that you can sit and drink coffee in the mornings. And the back door leads to a patio with chairs, umbrella(really cute) and hibiscus bush(beautiful). There is a separate room for your own personal washer and dryer outside. Owner even provided detergent. The golf cart is super fun to jump on and go all around the resort to all the different pools, tennis courts and of course TO THE BEACH!!!! Super easy, we did very little walking. We passed so many people walking to the beach dragging their kids and beach gear. They all looked so miserable, but not us with our handy dandy golf cart, we just jetted right by them. This vacation was WELL WORTH EVERY CENT!!!! The checkout was the easiest i've ever experienced. Owner provides a checklist.I promise you THIS IS THE ONE< BOOK IT!!!!
