Great cottage and a good location for easy access to many places.
Great cottage and a good location for easy access to many places. Very cozy cottage and a good place to come back to and relax after a day out exploring the Cornish coastlines. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at The Old Sawmill.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at The Old Sawmill. The cottage had everything we needed and the interior was finished to a high standard. The owners are lovely people and very helpful. Good phone signal and high speed internet so watching the smart tv in the evening was great. The complimentary fresh homemade bread and beer were a really nice touch and very tasty! The cottage was extremely clean throughout and was a lovely place to relax after a long day out exploring. The garden was also very nice and there were a lot of butterflies on the plants which was great for me as a photographer! The log burner was great but would have been better if you had enough supplies to last you for your stay - not a big issue though as you can buy more in the local town (not expensive). The only other small thing was the upstairs shower, the temperature fluctuated whilst in use but not to the point that it was a problem. We would highly recommend this cottage and would stay here again!

We had such a great week at The Old Sawmill despite the rubbish weather.
We had such a great week at The Old Sawmill despite the rubbish weather. Jamie and Louise were great hosts, always available but by no means intrusive ... Jamie’s beer was fab and Louise’s tea cakes and bread were simply delicious!
The Old Sawmill was just lovely ... peaceful, really clean, homely and perfectly positioned for lots of great days out. The addition on Jamie and Louise’s cats were the icing on the cake for our children! This place is such a little hidden gem.
Thanks for such a great break and we’re looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful cottage! Impeccably decorated and clean throughout.
Beautiful cottage! Impeccably decorated and clean throughout. A credit to the owners Jamie & Louise who were always available without ever being intrusive.
Access to the property off main road can be a little tricky but there are plenty of passing areas.
It is only a short drive to the town of Liskeard with large stores, shops and social amenities.

High standard of accommodation, recently renovated, good quality of interior and beds very comfortable. Details on local area attractions and were available. Convenient location for both north and south coastlines, and we also travelled to St Ives quickly as access to main roads. Eden project only a short drive towards St Austell. Really enjoyed our short stay and didn’t want to go home.
