Fabulous stay

Had a great stay with family for a long weekend away . So peaceful and the cabin had everything we needed - home from home . Would definitely recommend and will be back

Fantastic size property with excellent range of equipment including Tupperware for left overs! Could improve by sharper knives and more chopping boards. Let down by one room smelling strongly of cigarrette smoke which we could not shift. Would benefit from heating and cooker/oven instructions but worked them out in the end. Coach house only open Wed to Sun but beautiful and much enjoyed. Location backing onto woods, lake and brook was exceptional with red squirrels to see from your window. Would return. No WiFi but we were aware of this. Hot tub well maintained good size, lights and jets. Fab skies to be seen when cloudless. Very dark nights, site supports lack of street lights to reduce light pollution which is great. Take a torch if you are out after dark. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

In our party there were 5 adults and 3 children aged 10 - 5.

In our party there were 5 adults and 3 children aged 10 - 5. There was plenty of room for all. The lodge was spacious and clean. The hot tub was cleaned every morning and water tested. The lodge looked out onto the woods at the back and watching the squirrels and wildlife from the windows was a joy to see. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Overall the lodge was well-equipped & comfortable.

Overall the lodge was well-equipped & comfortable. However, the following observations could be addressed: A guest information file would be useful.
