Our GOAL: to have you love our unit, and come back again!!
Private free parking in garage, walk in and out of the historic Bay Front of Newport for dinner and shopping without the hassle of parking. Adjacent to bus stop for Newport bus system. High speed internet available, computer available in common use area, fitness equipment, outstanding restaurants within walking distance, and rental boats available on dock. Beaches and restored area close by. Free public bus service serving surrounding area. Lots of TLC went into decorating this place, lighthouses, nautical, and all the comforts of home. Location, Location, Location!

Wonderful weather on the bayfront

Stayed 4 nts at this premises. The unit was very clean and was stocked with everything one might need. Having 1.5 baths was a plus and the deck overlooking the marina was very nice and clean as well. Staff were friendly and informative.

2 weeks on the Bayfront

Enjoyed a relaxing in Newport! We are long time visitors to Newport so had fun in familiar ways, visiting the beach, walks along the bay and marina, good food at local restaurants and perusing the shops. The condo was very comfy and met our needs perfectly! All the appliances worked well and the furniture was comfortable.

This condo is a great choice.

This condo is a great choice. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Terrific view of Yaquina Bay, and an easy walk to the Bay Front shops and restaurants. Somewhat bigger than I expected, with the bedroom/bathrooms (2!) down a hallway from the living room area. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the harbor activity. Overall, this condo is a great place to stay and I'd recommend this location (and specifically the Thorgaards) to anyone!

Great Trip to Newport, OR.

Our overall visit was good. The bedroom never was dark, too much outside light. Need new blinds or window covers. Internet didn’t work in bedroom.

This will be our new place if/when it's available during our getaway time! Everything you can imagine is available for use! The owners and the front desk personnel are top notch! We felt like family right from the beginning! We didn't want to leave. You'll be able to make priceless memories in Newport and any surrounding area you choose to visit. I hesitated writing this excellent review, because now it will be difficult to find a date to go visit! lol. Don't delay.....make your reservation today! you'll be 100% satisfied! Newport Bay with a view

The view was spectacular especially with lights on some of the boats. The condo was perfect and well supplied. Very nice having 1 1/2 baths. Very well maintained property. thanks

Lovely and comfortable!

The condo was as advertised. Loved seeing boats in bay, great balcony. Comfortable bed and chairs. Table for 4. Plus 2 at bar. We will be back! Only caveat, there is one elevator at opposite end of building, so difficult for mobility challenged. (My elderly mom visited ). There are luggage carts available in office.

This little condo was a very nice place to stay. Location lends itself to nice walks, greatrestaurant visits and slow walking and window shopping at historic newport bayfront. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, quiet, and fantastic harbor view. Hosts are quite generous and obviously want you to feel at home so it felt more like borrowing a friend's condo rather than staying in a hotel.

Great Stay with beautiful views.

Great location for those who enjoy seeing herons, pelicans, osprey, harbor seals and sea lions from the balcony. Perfect walking distance to the restaurants, cafes, and shops on (Historic) Bay front. The unit itself was comfortable and well supplied.

Comfortable condo with amazing views of the bay. Pictures are very accurate. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants in historic Newport. We look forward to a return visit next year.

A great value!

My wife and I loved the condo for our 3 night getaway. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the view is tremendous, close to nice restaurants, quiet, etc. we’ll definitely come back!
