Walk out your door to a beach access, or venture down the block to the Nye Beach District, a collection of unique shops and restaurants from a coffee house/bakery to upscale dining. You’re ten minutes by car to the Oregon Coast Aquarium or the fun shopping, dining and exploring of Newport’s Historic Bayfront and Marina. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Great location!

Love the view! Several comfy places to sit and meditate on the waves. The patio is nice too and has clean glass so your view isn’t clouded by salt spray that we’ve experienced at other beach rentals. Kitchen is stocked fairly well and having two bathrooms is nice. So many shops and restaurants are I walking distance too. Our only complaint is that there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the flat sheet they had in its place was too short to tuck in so it kept sliding around and the mattress cover kept coming off during the night.

Fun and sun

They need to put in blackout curtins in the bedroom. We slept on the hideabed in the livingroom. Other than that we had a goodtime and plan on comming back for a couple of weeks.
