Kids room has a huge bunk bed, large window seat, desk & stools ... plus kid-size chair/ottoman.

(**For safety when children are on the premises, a child-security fence will be installed around the pool.)

The beach is rarely crowded. Access is recommended at LOW TIDE when you can walk either north or south for miles.

If you feel like leaving Vero for a day, a trip to Disney World and the Magic Kingdom is less than two hours away and a great addition to your vacation itinerary.

All Around Great Stay

From the ease of check in to check out this house was perfect. Owners were amazing to deal with. Everything in the house was in great condition and well stocked with anything you would need. Beautiful pool in the backyard. I would definitely stay there again.

5 star family-friendly stay. Recommend!

Incredibly comfortable, spacious and clean 4 bedroom rental. Kitchen is well-stocked. The salt-water pool is gorgeous (!!!) and the covered lanai was a fave hang-out spot . Very family friendly, especially those with small children since the home has a pool fence and lots of amenities for those with babies and small children. Highly recommend and would certainly consider staying again.

A perfect week

This home was meant for family, and so it was for ours. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained, from the family room, to the kitchen to the salt water pool. We had fun cooking meals together, and all this was made easy by a kitchen really well-stocked with all that was needed. Our only sadness was that our week in this slice of paradise sped by all too quickly.

One of the best houses we've rented. The owners were very helpful and communicated quickly. Everything was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our kids loved the pool, and we all loved the three minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach.

Beautiful, accommodating vacation home!

Perfect Florida home for a comfortable family vacation. Lovely home decor. Beautiful, convenient pool area. The beach is just steps away although the tide was so high during our stay that we weren’t really able to use it much for the kids’ playtime. We did enjoy the short stroll to small deck for a nice view of the ocean.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful home. Everything about the house was perfect and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, very well maintained and there’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of. It is definitely the the nicest house we’ve rented. Bob and Patty were fabulous hosts and were really easy to communicate with. The location of the house was perfect too, as it’s right next to a lovely, quiet beach but close to a wide range of shops and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommended a holiday here.

Excellent Home and Hosts

We stayed 10 days over the Christmas holiday at this immaculate and wonderfully decorated home. Bob and Patty made the process very easy and were always easy to reach. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The 4 coffee pot options were a great add-on! I recommend bike rentals so you can cruise around the surrounding neighborhoods. Short drive or bike to the beach shops/dining. Pool was heated w/ many seating options. One of our favorite rentals!

Most memorable vacation yet

If we could give 6 stars, we would! Our trip by far exceeded every expectation we had. The home was immaculate, beautiful, and inviting. Patty and Bob provide a world class 5 star experience and have created a home that has the perfect layout for family gatherings, even with small children. The expansive and gorgeous lanai and pool deck is where you’ll spend your time, looking at the lush green landscape and hearing the waves crash on the beach only a few houses down. My husband and our two young children had the most incredible time and hope to be back soon!

Family Thanksgiving at a beach house

Three generations gathered at this lovely home for a week at Thanksgiving. The home layout was perfect. The heated pool was a big hit with everyone. The private beach on the ocean is just steps away. The owners provided useful information about other nearby beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The 7/11 down the street to open 24/7! The property was nicely stocked and well maintained. We would defined consider this property again and recommend it highly. The grandkids proclaimed it The Best Thanksgiving Ever!

Just the best!!

Patty and Bob have the most beautiful home. It has everything we needed. The pool was fenced in for the kiddos. The splash deck was great for my toddler. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance you might need. The house is clean and wonderfully maintained. The beach access is a little tricky when not at low tide, but luckily, there is a fantastic little path available that Patty shared w us!! My son is already asking us to book again for next year! Paradise

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The pictures are exactly as advertised. The house was very clean when we arrived. The owners assured us a very thorough cleaning is done due to the pandemic. We spoke with the owners ahead of time and they were very professional, accommodating and responsive. They continued to be that way throughout our stay. We wanted an isolated getaway due to the pandemic and that is exactly what we got. We swam in the beautiful private pool and the beach was practically private. We were so comfortable in the home that it practically felt like our own. This was a break that we definitely needed. It felt like paradise. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home on Vero Beach

We rented this beautiful home in Vero Beach. This is a five-star ++ home. Plus the service provided by the owners is impeccable. We arrived to a clean beautiful, well furnished home and well appointed home with all the necessary appliances and tools needed for a very comfortable stay for a week. My mother loved cooking in their kitchen and had all the appliances and tools necessary to prepare our meals for a week. All the furniture was in pristine condition and we went to great efforts to maintain it that way and used the blankets provided to per protect the furniture from kid use. In the living room they had a nice large flatscreen TV with cable which provided all the channels necessary and wanted for the family. It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach, almost a private beach for our personal use. The home had four bedrooms. The little ones love the bunkbeds. There was a king-size bed in two of the bedrooms that were very comfortable. The pool in the backyard was amazing and heated and the kids played in the pool all day long. During our stay we traveled to several the local attractions which we enjoyed. The layout of the house is also very well thought out as we cooked our meals he could look out the window from the kitchen and watch the kids play in the pool. The covered area provided luxurious shade from the sun and allowed us to enjoy outside relaxation while we watched the kids playing the pool. There are several wonderful restaurants nearby which we enjoyed during our stay, we mostly did take out during this covid time. Again I can’t say the nicest thing about this home and its location and it easy access to get to and safety. Everything in the house as well thought out appropriately marked and easy to use.

5 star experience!

Our family of 5 plus my mother in law had a great stay from start to finish! The home was immaculately kept and the hosts were very responsive to any need we had. We all loved the beds and plentiful amenities, and there was space for everyone when downtime was needed. The pool area was AMAZING, you can hear the waves crashing from the beach and patio area was a great place to read a book or take a nap- especially during the afternoon rainstorms. The location of Bob and Patty’s home is superb with the proximity to the private beach. We knew from the moment we walked in the front door that this house was loved and it felt like a family home rather than a vacation rental. It is the cleanest home we have ever rented- by far! Bob & Patty’s recommendation for a local fish market and dining spot were spot on! We enjoyed swordfish and Salmon and look forward to trying Pompano when we return to Vero beach. We are forever grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in their home, and look forward to creating more memories there in the future, if they will have us! Loved every minute!

This is the perfect property for a family or group of friends. Perfectly decorated and spacious with a beautiful pool and beach access. Great location, good walking trails and a quiet, beautiful street. The owners are very accessible and their home feels like your own! Perfect Home - Incredible Hosts

We could not have had a more memorable and wonderful trip at this home. The property is recently updated, steps from the beach, and immaculately cared for. The home contains every needed amenity to feel right at home, from pots/pans, to rafts for the pool; the house layout is also very well designed. This is truly a gem of a property located on a very quaint and quiet street. We stayed at the property with several small children for 6 weeks and very much appreciated the kid friendly bunk beds, pool fence, cups/plates/placemats, games, and numerous other details to support a young family. The home owners are absolutely wonderful people, keeping in touch throughout our stay and ensuring everything was in tip top shape at all times. I truly cannot speak higher of this property and the 5 star experience provided by the home owners. We are incredibly grateful to have stayed here and very much look forward to returning in the future. A very sincere thank you to the property owners for providing such a wonderful experience for our family.

We have been vacationing in Vero Beach for over 40 years. Escaping the Canadian winter with our three kids to visit this lovely coastal oasis was a perennial highlight. When the kids' grandparents sold their beachfront condo, we continued to holiday in Vero. Buying our own place in paradise just seemed inevitable. The family tradition continues now that our grown offspring and grandkids also vacation at our Vero Beach home.

Why they chose this property

For two years we rented a house across the street and loved its location and proximity to the beach. The area is quiet and tranquil. We love hanging out in our covered lanai where we can hear the ocean's surf. When our supplies get low or we feel like going to town, it is an easy drive to shops and attractions around Vero Beach.
