The house accommodates a maximum of 13 people in 6 bedrooms: 4 double rooms, 1 single room and and 4-person room.
There are three bathrooms, one of which is ensuite with the bedroom on the ground floor.

The house is equipped with all modern conveniences: underfloor heating, gas fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV with Dutch, English and German channels, a beamer with a large screen for those who enjoy sports and films. Everything can also be controlled via bluetooth and chromecast.

Outside you will find a spacious garden, completely fenced. Your pet can roam freely and also have a nice holiday.
There is a lounge set, a large dining table with chairs and a small seat in the gazebo.
There is a 6-person jacuzzi that you can use.
There is a lockable terrace covering, with extra seating space and a dining table.

The house is suitable for family gatherings, but also for seminars for small groups.

At the Resort there are all kinds of facilities: a shop, a restaurant, a snack bar and a bar. The restaurant has a terrace on the water.
There is a swimming pool, and you can also swim in the lake.
There is mini golf, tennis, and there is a golf course across the Hommelweg.

Beautiful accommodations!!!

This property was very spacious with comfortable beds and we loved the outdoor area. The hot tub was also lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic short stay @ the Villa

Had a lovely break - really enjoyed the stay - the doggies as well. Nice area for walks outside the park. If travelling without kids I would recommend off season visits - as it is really quiet and enjoyable.

Great time in a great villa

House was greater than we initially thought with enough space for our entire group. The children loved the jacuzzi and the facilities in the park. Even though the weather wasn't always perfect, the house itself surely was. Although we were away for only 4 days it feels like a longer break. I would definitely recommend this house!

Es ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten kurz ein Problem mit der Spülmaschine. Nach der Meldung war der Fehler innerhalb einer halben Stunde behoben, super. Sowieso war der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter und dem Vermieter sehr warmherzig und überaus freundlich.

Abschlussfahrt nach 12 Jahren Schule

Wir suchten eine praktische Lösung für unsere Abschlussfahrt und fanden ein Paradies! Das Haus war für die heißen Tage, die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten, hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet in allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage vorzufinden, waren aber sehr dankbar dafür. Der Whirlpool war eine wunderbare Ergänzung zu dem schönen See, der zum Park dazugehört. Für die SchülerInnen war die Eiswürfelfunktion des Kühlschranks das Highlight. Schade fanden wir nur, den angekündigten DVD-Player nicht vorzufinden. Aber die vielen Fernsehprogramme plus Streaming-Möglichkeiten boten uns sehr guten Ersatz! Begleitet wurden wir in der ganzen Zeit auf die angenehmste Weise durch Jean, der für alle Fragen eine hilfreiche Lösung fand. Dieser Urlaub übertraf all unsere Erwartungen.

Fantastisch huis, fijne ontvangst.

We logeerden er met een vriendengroep van 3 stellen en 2 aleenstaanden...paste perfect! Kamers zijn ruim genoeg, badkamers(drie) ook voldoende voor een diverse groep. Huis was kraaknet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Beamer hebben we niet gebruikt maar ook de tv is van voldoende grootte.We hebben deze alleen gebruikt om onze kwisvragen wat groter weer te geven. Kon perfect draadloos via een laptopje.Jacuzzi was ook vers gevuld en brandschoon-zoals het hoort dus!Contact met de eigenaar én de 'concierge' verliep perfect. Fijne omgeving ook om wandelingen te maken, wij komen graag weer!!

Schönes großes Haus :-)

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde nach kurzer Zeit nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das Haus war schön geräumig und die Küche reichhaltig ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank kam auch sehr gut an. Am ersten Abend flogen so kleine Fliegen überall rum- das gab sich dann aber.Der Whirlpool war auch klasse. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne.

Mooie ruime locatie met veel voorzieningen

We hebben genoten van dit fijne huis met jacuzzi. Het is in werkelijkheid mooier dan op de foto’s. Fijn dat de jacuzzi schoon en meteen gebruiksklaar was. Het inchecken was voor ons een beetje onduidelijk maar ging verder prima. Mooie rustige plek van het park.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Ferienpark und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Trotzdem kann man alle Einrichtungen auch zu Fuß gut erreichen. Toll waren der Wintergarten und der Whirlpool. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet im Wohnbereich und im Wintergarten auch wirklich ausreichend bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben mit 10 Personen bequem am großen Esstisch Platz gefunden und auch Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Der Küchenbereich ist hochwertig eingerichtet und wir haben alles gefunden, was wir benötigt haben. Wenn wir mit mehreren Personen gekocht und hantiert haben, wurde es eng, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Begeistert hat uns der doppeltürige Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender, da kann man auch für so viele Personen bequem alle Lebensmittel verstauen und Getränke kalt stellen. Die restlichen Lebensmittel konnten wir in zwei großen geräumigen Schubladen verstauen. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind sehr unterschiedlich, aber genau wie der Rest des Hauses, einladend und sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Antwortzeiten sehr schnell. Wir waren schon fast eine Stunde vor der offiziellen CheckIn-Zeit am Park, trotzdem konnten wir das Haus direkt beziehen. Auch hier war der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hätten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner gehabt, hatten aber ansonsten komplett unsere Ruhe. Der Checkout war wieder unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus im Limburg Resort

Das Haus liegt in der Anlage in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Schön sind auch die 3 Badezimmer für eine größere Gruppe.

Erg fijn. Je kan er met vele personen verblijven. Er is ook een wasmachine, heel fijn, alleen jammer geen droger. Het droogrekje is dan snel te klein. Tip: ook beneden bij de trap een traphekje plaatsen.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben mit 9 Erwachsenen + Hund ein zauberhaftes langes Osterwochenende in Susteren verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar und liegt sehr ruhig im Ferienpark. Die Ausstattung ist so wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen, in Bezug auf die Ausstattung, noch übertroffen. Tolle Küche, großer Tisch und ein bequemes/gemütliches Sofa. Vor allem der Außenwhirlpool, der sehr sauber und gepflegt ist, wurde mit Begeisterung genutzt. Das Haus verfügt außerdem über einen tollen Wintergarten. Der Empfang war freundlich und die Umgebung lädt zu Wandertouren und Fahrradausflügen ein. Auch für Kinder ist das Angebot mit Spielplätzen, Schwimmbad und Sporteinrichtungen groß. Wir sagen "Daumen hoch" für jeden, der überlegt, dieses Objekt zu mieten.
