These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER THANKSGIVING WEEK
7-night stays must still follow a Friday Friday schedule
Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September Mid-May)
2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday Thursday)
Friday and Saturday must be booked together
January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day reservations must be at least 3 nights and include Friday and Saturday

We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
