Seaside house/villa with air conditioning WiFi and parking.

DURING PEAK SEASON JULY AND AUGUST WE RENT ONLY IN BLOCKS OF SEVEN DAYS i.e. SEVEN, FOURTEEN etc. What we offer is a spacious 80 m comfortable well equipped and maintained house ten minutes walk to the beach.
We have sleeping accommodation for six people with two double bedrooms one of which is en suite and one twin mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. There is the option to add another child’s single bed if required.
Sheets and towels are provided as is a child’s high chair and a travel cot. Private designated parking is also provided just a few steps from the house.
There is a selection of books in English French and German together with board games and DVD,s There is a terrace both front and back each one with its own garden furniture. There is a brick BBQ on the main terrace and a closet with beach equipment.
The house is ten minutes walk from a large beach popular with families, there are shops a bakery/cafe a pizza place and ATM at five minutes walk.
On the beach itself there is a very nice Cuban bar/restaurant Mango’s, with other restaurants and bars just off the beach.
The house is located in a quiet area but still convenient for all amenities. The main marina area “Centre Port” which offers a large selection of shops bars and restaurants is a ten minute walk.

Cap d’Adge is a popular location for families and it has been awarded the Famille Plus award from the French government in recognition of the facilities it offers. Everything from water sports to tennis a large water park Aqualand and several smaller activity parks for children. The resort also offers water cruises around the resort and a mini train.
There is golf and deep sea fishing also on offer and a casino and night clubs in addition to the large range of eating options to suit every pocket.

Public transport is excellent at Cap d’Agde with regular busses running daily to the main line station at Agde. There is a shuttle bus from there to the Beziers/ Cap d’Agde airport timed to service departing and arriving flights.
There is a bus stop just a few steps from the house for the 4 line and a stop for the 3 line at Centre Port just ten minutes walk. There is an additional line 11 running during high which serves the local attractions and beaches. This is accessible form the stop beside the house.

There are several places of interest convient to Cap d’Adge such as.

Marseillan a small fishing port just fifteen minutes drive, Beziers at thirty minutes is worth a visit to see “Les neuf écluses” a spectacular feat of engineering.
The magnificent Montpellier the Paris of the south is about forty minutes drive and is a truly beautiful city.
Pezenas famous for its artists and antique shops is also worth a visit. There are other locations further afield that are worth a visit like the beautiful Saint Guillem le Desert just over one hour. It is a quaint medieval village which seems untouched by time. The Ville Rose, Toulouse is an unforgettable city which offers a range of attractions and is a two and a half drive, the city of Gerona is a similar drive.

This is wine country and there are unlimited opportunities to visit a vineyard large or small.
