With family or friends, she will satisfy you down to the last detail! Designed for 6 people with private pool, enclosed garden with trees (500m) to the delight of your children.
The villa consists of a large living room with an American kitchen fully equipped for moments of sharing with ease, a beautiful pool terrace for moments of relaxation, two separate sleeping areas with a master bedroom (bathroom bath - wc and queen-size bed, dressing room). Upstairs a bathroom, separate WC, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 double beds opening onto a balcony.
Emphasis was placed on the exclusive nature of the luxury services: air conditioning, heating, internet, washing machine, freezer, garage. In addition, household linen is provided in the rental.
Located near shops and supermarkets. Ideally located to adopt a rhythm of walking or cycling, discover the beach restaurants, the port and the local markets.

Memorable - really super villa and excellent location.

Lovely villa and excellent location

The villa suited us perfectly. Close to beautiful beach and easy access to lots of great places. Well appointed and great private garden and pool. Secure parking and garage made a great place all round.

The villa is fantastic! A few points to be aware of: - internet works, but is very slow about 1Mbps - only a few towels and items such as toilet rolls provided - only basic shopping in walking distance, but hypermarket only a short drive away

Wir haben im Frühsommer eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht – und wären am liebsten noch geblieben. Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand – und dort warten nicht nur das Meer, sondern auch tolle Restaurants und gemütliche Bars mit echtem Urlaubsflair. Besonders genossen haben wir die Spaziergänge zu Fuß nach Cap d’Agde – morgens für den ersten Kaffee am Hafen oder abends, wenn die Lichter der Stadt auf dem Wasser tanzen. Ein Erlebnis!Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht: bequeme Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse zum Verweilen. Der Garten ist gepflegt, ruhig und lädt zum Durchatmen ein.Einziger kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Ein paar zusätzliche Handtücher wären praktisch gewesen – gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Aber das war wirklich der einzige Wermutstropfen in einem sonst rundum perfekten Urlaub.Wir kommen garantiert wieder – es war mehr als nur eine Unterkunft: Es war ein Ort, an dem wir wirklich zur Ruhe gekommen sind.

Superbe maison presque sur la plage

Une maison moderne, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Thierry était sympathique et arrangeant. Il nous a donné de bonnes suggestions d'excursions dans la région. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied.

Drei Generationen Urlaub

Sehr entspannte Ferien mit viel Platz! Haus und Garten großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool begeistert jung und alt. Der feine Sandstrand ist herrlich und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der frische Wind wirbelte nicht nur das Meer auf und hielt uns dafür die Mücken vom Leib. Schön Region mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten wir kommen wieder!

Erholung pur!

Gut ausgestatteter Villa auf kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Mit sogar eine Dusche am Pool! Auto auf dem Hof oder in der Garage, perfekt! Aber viele Mücken, also Fenster zu. Gelegentlich sind die Campingplätze abends zu hören wegen Animation. Thierry war gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit, aber spricht französisch.

Urlaub mit Familie

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll, die Umgebung ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat bestens funktioniert. Genügend Platz für 5-6 Personen. Ein Bad mit angrenzender Ankleide, fast besser als zuhause. Das Haus ist super und uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen .

Traumhafte Villa und toller Pool

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in der Villa. Tolle Einrichtung - es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Pool ein Traum. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Kommunikation ist schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlen.
