Dreamy mediterranean beach house

Dreamy mediterranean beach house:
The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Great value and experience

This was a great place to stay. Very convenient location, clean and cozy. Great value for the cost! We walked to the beach almost daily and really enjoyed our stay. Very kind and accommodating hosts.

Sehr gute Lage, nah am Strand, für 2 Personen gute Größe der Wohnung, 2 Ventilatoren vorhanden, Balkon mit Meerblick, sehr liebevolle Deko, super Kommunikation, ab 0 Uhr Ruhe im Gebäude und auf den Balkonen. In der Küche würde ich persönlich eine Waage und ein Sieb ergänzen, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Not a great place to stay with a dog

The photos are from a similar apartment closer to the stairwell. The distance to travel from the apartment we stayed to to a grassy area for our dog was too great. The kitchen is poorly designed with drawers or cabinet doors not quite opening due to the fit against appliances. For two adults for three nights the manager left just one roll of toilet paper and no soap for the shower. I would not stay here again.

Muy acogedor. Con muebles vintage y decoración "marina", propio de la zona. Muy limpio. Dispone de todo lo NECESARIO (en mi caso, porque me gusta planchar, eché en falta una plancha pero LA ARRUGA ES BELLA). Impresionante todo: acceso directo al mar. Parking interior y exterior. Zona ajardinada alrededor. Y además, Anna nos recibió enseguida y muy disponible para lo q necesitáramos, muy, muy amable. Además, Sant Pol, su gente y alrededores... Como en el paraíso.

The apartment was excellent and the beach easily accessible but parking in the town was difficult. Nearby Calella was not the prettiest of resorts compared to others further north. Suspect you need to be younger, and more agile than we two, to have a relaxing holiday.
