About this property

Porto Vecchio, beach of St Cyprien on foot, sea view.

Located north of Porto Vecchio, this beautiful recent villa on more than 3000 m² of flat land, gives access to the beach of St Cyprien and the famous Cabanon Bleu by a footpath.

The fully equipped villa has 3 double bedrooms with sea view (3 with terraces), 2 bedrooms with two single beds (one with sea view) and a dormitory 4 (rather children) with bunk beds.

All rooms are air conditioned and have their bathroom or shower.

The kitchen is open on a very large living / dining room which gives access to two terraces, one covered.

The flat terrain slopes slightly allows all types of games (football, badminton ...).

The 6x12 pool is secured by an electric shutter, and heated for the before and after season, or for the warmer evenings. It has a pool house with summer kitchen (bbq, pizza oven and plancha, dishwasher and refrigerator), seating area and dining area.

In the laundry room: washing machine, dryer and third refrigerator.

The villa also has a petanque court and a ping pong table.

Internet by secure wifi.

The rental includes end-of-stay cleaning, sheets (beds prepared on arrival) and towels.
