Magnolia apartments consists of six renovated fully equipped apartments and two lofts we have selected the 3 apartments we like the most and are pleased to present them to you. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a small dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, air- conditioning and central heating.Apartment No 1 benefits from a private terrace whilst 2/3 have private balcony s with great views down the valley.
Great for families
The apartments are most convenient for families of up to 4 persons each. The fully equipped kitchen is very useful when there are young children allowing snack or full meal preparation.
All apartments have complementary high speed internet and free access to an on site fitness centre and pool. Our love for the environment and the natural way of life has led us to decide that this summer, our swimming pool will use a salt electrolysis system which is the only alternative way to disinfect pool water and completely remove conventional chlorine. This system delivers clear water without irritations, unpleasant odours and is extremely friendly to the environment.
Our aim is to offer you impeccable service and hospitality and make your stay pleasant and peaceful. Discreet daily maid service and the Owner/Manager on site ensures total relaxation and a warm welcome. Prices listed are for 4 persons a discount is offered to couples..

The location of the property is great for exploring the North of the island and is a shirt car ride from Fiskardo and the local beaches. The property is generally well maintained and the pool area was particularly lovely - although we were staying at the peak time - there were many occasions when we had this to ourselves. The beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding and aircon. The only criticism is that the kitchen are was not really enough to truly self cater due to the limited work surface and the sink didnt have a plug Which made washing up .difficult. The large fridge was not very cold even on the highest setting. That said there are places within walking distance to eat which are much more reasonably priced than the port and a small local shop which has some essentials. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Clean with a lovely pool

On the edge of Fiscardo, the apartments have a great pool and are in a nice location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The maid is lovely, cleans everyday and regularly changes towels over. The air con in the bedrooms is also a welcome relief from the heat at night and makes sleeping comfortable. We ate out a lot and tried some lovely restaurants but would have liked to have eaten in a bit more. A few things that would make this a bit easier would be some more utensils such as a wooden spoon, pair of scissors and additional saucepan. Would also be good to have a microwave. Some plastic glasses to use round the pool would also be helpful. Finally a BBQ that all the apartments could share would make a big difference. Overall I would recommend the apartment. We loved Fiscardo and exploring the island and had a great holiday.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt, Wohnung 3 hat leider nur einen Minibalkon, sitzen im Freien ist daher nur beim Schwimmbad möglich. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!

Agréable et confortable appartement au calme et proche des plus belle plage du nord de l'ile

Super semaine au Magnolia appartement. Logement bien équipé pour préparer les repas. Lits très confortables permettant un bon repos. Vue sur la campagne reposante. Piscine et salle de sport, ping pong super pour les enfants et ados. La Taverne à 2 pas permet de bien manger à prix très correct. Petit bémol, l'appartement n°3 ne correspond pas aux photos proposé donc surprise a l'arrivée mais est très bien quand même. Il ressemble au n°2 qui est juste à côté, la salle de bain un peu moins bien, mais très bien quand même. Pas de machine à laver ni laverie a proximité mais possibilité de blanchisserie moyennant 10 euros ( semble correct par rapport au tarif d'une laverie, le temps économisé en plus!) Trois magnifiques plage/crique ( foki, dafnoudi, kimila notre préférée) à moins de 20 minutes en voiture. Super séjour qui nous a donné envie de revenir!!! Très bel établissement !

Great apartments, really good location close to fiscardo and lots of good beaches and tavernas. The pool area is really good, kids loved it. Really good cafe close by. Car needed. Kitchen is pretty small, which was fine for us but would not be great if you're planning on cooking many dinners in.

A fantastic place to stay!

My wife and two young children (5 & 8) stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2016. Having stayed more than 7 times in various locations in Kefalonia over the years, this accommodation was easily by far the best. The pool area is absolutely fantastic and the gym superbly kitted out (although I admit it didn't see too much use from me personally!). Nancy, who greeted us on arrival, is really friendly and welcoming and the standard of accommodation and facilities is superb. Sveta and her daughter kept the apartment and pool area absolutely spotless, changing towels and bed linen every few days and always with a smile on their faces. And Bob, whom I dealt with to make the booking from the UK is professional a responds very quickly to any queries you have. Overall, a really super place to stay and enjoy a great relaxing holiday in a bit of luxury - we didn't want to leave and hopefully will definitely be back!
