About this property

Riverfront house with swimming pool and magnificent view of the mountains and cliffs.

Housing, near the river and mountains, 1 hour 30 from the beach, located in the Gard, on the border between Lozere and Aveyron. Nice house with pool / garden: magnificent views of the cliffs. Small village full of charm and calm: rest, serenity and beautiful sight on mountain and river. Lovers of nature and sport will enjoy our region: you can relax and rest. Many remarkable tourist places to visit. The reception is very warm.
You will also appreciate the numerous visits of sites nearby (breeding of bisons, caves of the young ladies, caves of Dargilan, abyss of Bramabiau, Avent Armand, site of the Mount Aigoual, viaduct of Millau ...) as well as many activities very close ( hiking, bike-rail, kayak, swimming pool 30 minutes to Nant, fishing and hunting, mushroom picking, petanque, tennis court 5 minutes and a swimming area 5 minutes too).

Amenities: associative grocery store open 3 times a week in the center of the village, a bar, a snack bar, a post office, a restaurant ...

- Sofa bed for 2 people in the dining room

- a child's room with a trundle bed (thus 2 beds of a place)
- bathroom
- small studio with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, located in the basement with bedroom, bathroom and toilet (sleeping: sofa bed for 2 people): not suitable for young children as you have to go through the laundry room and stairs to get there
- an independence (wooden cabin) with a bed of 1 place and 1 bed of 2 places (no toilet in this hut)
- laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- large garden with barbecue, table and chairs.
- large terrace with pool area (sunbeds ....)

2 extra beds are also available !!!

Our house is located at the exit of the village, which allows to be really quiet and not overlooked!

All rooms are equipped with a television !!!

Rust, relaxed aan de rand van n klein dorpje dicht bij de natuur

Heerlijk. We waren toe aan rust, wat lezen, wandelen, lekker eten bij t huisje en even afkoelen in het zwembad. Huisje was prima verzorgd.

Des vacances idéales en pays cévénol

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la région (vtt, baignades, grottes...) et retour au calme dans la maison de Trèves. La maison est agréable à vivre, même par fortes chaleurs. Elle est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont discrets et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons !

Séjour à Trèves maison avec piscine

Nous avons passés un magnifique , agréable et reposant séjour dans cette très jolie maison ( conforme à la description de l’annonce ) propre et très fonctionnelle. La région est très belle calme avec de merveilleux paysages et beaucoup d’endroit à visiter . Carine et son mari ont été adorables , très accueillant et disponible . Nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Reposant et ressourçant

La propriété est telle qu'elle est décrite sur l'annonce, à la seule différence qu'elle ne se trouve pas sur le village annoncé mais à une vingtaine de km. De ce fait, nous nous trouvons dans un lieu avec un peu moins de vie mais qui a tout autant de charme. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, à l'image de ce que nous étions venus chercher : du calme, un extérieur pour prendre nos repas, une belle terrasse avec beaucoup de mobilier, la piscine propre. L'intérieur de la maison est très bien décoré et fonctionnel, il manquait un peu de vaisselle pour que ce soit parfait. Nous avons pu effectuer quelques belles randonnées et découvrir les merveilleux paysages de la région ainsi que les lieux incontournables. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et avons été en contact avant notre départ pour les modalités et quelques conseils. En résumé, c'était reposant et ressourçant.
