Amazing villa on the waterfront with a panoramic sea view

200sq meters high quality luxury villa, on a 5,500sq meters plot of land, very close to the main harbor of Kea. The house was built in 2005, using the highest quality materials and is set at the very end of a rocky cape facing west/northwest, with a fantastic 360 degrees sea view and amazing sunsets.The property consists of the main house and two independent, but still very close to each other, guest houses.

The main house consists of the main living room (with a grand piano) and area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, a bathroom and a guests’ WC. The 1st guest house, with a private entrance, has a small apartment with one bedroom, a small living room, which can be used as an extra bedroom for 1-2 persons (children) and a bathroom.

Next to the 1st guest house is the 2nd guest house with a private entrance- consisted of one bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms have fantastic views.

There are large verandas are all around the house, where guests can enjoy the view and the spectacular summer sunsets, as well as the August full moon. The front veranda is the main one of the house, where the open air dining room is located and where guests can enjoy all the meals of the day. In front of the house, there is a rocky beach, not to be used when the sea is rough. At a walking distance (600 meters) there is a quiet sandy beach with only a few swimmers.

For guests arriving by car, there is an ample parking area for 3-4 cars, while for the ones preferring a more luxurious way of transportation, a helipad is also available on the plot.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
