Fugtig lejlighed - udendørsområde ubrugeligt

Kommunikation og udlevering af nøgle fungerede super. Køkken er godt udstyret. Og placeringen er fin i forhold til metro og i gåafstand fra midtbyen. Det fungerer dårligt med en dør som åbnes op i køleskabet. Der er meget fugtigt i lejligheden da soveværelser er kælder niveau. Vi målte 90% luftfugtighed i soveværelser. Der er dårlig, fugtig luft i hele lejligheden. Terasse området deles med områdets katte - så der lugter af katte toilet. Så området er ubrugeligt. Yderligere er det ikke muligt at bruge terassedørene til udluftning da det lugter og der kommer katte ind i lejligheden.

Desastre de alojamiento

Es un semi sotano apestando humedad, no se puede respirar.Además, sucio e incluso con restos de inquilinos anteriores. Vistas horribles en la terraza y con aromas de meados de gatos. Se lo comentamos al señor encargado de llevar el apartamento y ni siquiera nos contestó. Nada recomendable, les fastidia las vacaciones.

Stadtnah, sauber, preiswert, schön!

Leider keine Air-Condition, bei uns war es morgens (Anfang April) noch sehr kalt und die Kleidungsstücke daher morgens etwas "klamm"! Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr sauber und sehr gut zur Innenstadt, Metro und Bus/Bahn gelegen. Das es keine deutschen Fernsehsender gab, war für uns nicht bedeutsam! Leider für zwei Paare nicht geeiggnet (nur 1 Doppelbett).

Wunderschöne saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, frisch renoviert, gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, wenn auch die Aussicht auf manche Nachbarhäuser nicht so toll war. Einziger Negativpunkt sind die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern. Diese gehen im Souterrain direkt zum Bürgersteig, so dass ein schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schlecht möglich ist.
