About this property

Cosy and Comfy 3 Bedroom apartment with pool, walk to the beach!

This charming 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is a short walk away from the beautiful Trou aux Biches beach (600m away) and Mont Choisy beach (900m). It is part of a complex of only 4 apartments with a shared front garden and swimming pool (IMPORTANT to note: the pool area is not fenced, children are to be supervised at all times).

All three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, storage (wardrobe or drawers) and fans. The Master bedroom opens on the terrace.
PLEASE NOTE - Air Condition is available in two bedrooms only. Fans are available in all three rooms.

The living space includes TV, lounge and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dish washer,gas stove top, microwave, kettle and complete set of kitchenware.

Located in the Mont Choisy area, you will have easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, Diving centre & public transport. A short drive north to Grand Baie where you will find more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping. A rental car is recommended but not essential if you like walking. For a better idea of the location feel free to look up "Le Mediterrane, Trou-aux-Biches, Mauritius" in google maps. This restaurant is 2 mins walk away from us.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Also available for your use is a shared washing machine(located outside the apartment).

*Complimentary Wifi available.

Housekeeper services will also be available once a week for stays of 7 days or more.

einfach perfekt und zum Wohlfühlen

Eine helle freundliche Wohnung mit liebevollen Details. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche hat viel Platz, man kann sich perfekt selbst versorgen. Die Sofaecke ist super gemütlich, die 3 Schlafzimmer sind prima. Draußen ist ein großzügiger Sitzbereich und der Garten mit Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse, es sind nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum traumhaften Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft jedem, der eine nette Unterkunft sucht.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Eileen empfangen und waren immer in Kontakt wenn was wäre. Michell war immer vor Ort und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist in einer Sackgasse und somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr um dort unseren Urlaub wieder zu verbringen. AGRÉABLE SÉJOUR

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Eileen qui est à l’écoute de nos besoins et qui peut compter sur Jean-Michel pour la seconder. L’emplacement est idéal: assez près des plages et centres de plongées, arrêt de bus,restaurants, tout en étant situé tout au fond d’une impasse. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la terrasse couverte en cas de pluie. L’ameublement est de qualité et confortable et les pieces sont de bonne dimension. C’est avec le coeur gros que nous avons quitté ce paradis prématurément à cause du Covid-19, mais nous n’avons qu’une idée: revenir chez Eileen pour plus longtemps . Un mois ,ce n’est pas assez! Merci Eileen pour ton acceuil et dévouement, salutations à Jean-Michel

Très bon appart pour des vacances à l'ile Maurice

Que du positif (mise à part les moustiques mais ce n'est pas dépendant de l'appartement). Propreté +++ (une femme de ménage viens tous les jours de semaines), bon emplacement à coté de la magnifique plage de trou aux biches, belle déco, belle terrasse. Eileen et Jean-Michel étaient vite réactif si nous avions une question ! Je recommande ;)

Bon Sejour au calme

Logement un peu à l'écart de la route principale dans un quartier calme. Correspondant bien à la description avec un petit bémol pour la salle de bain ... un petit raffraichissement et aération à prévoir sans pour cela remettre en cause le logement qui reste très pratique et bien équipé. La Piscine est la bienvenue par ces chaleurs. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement . Un grand merci à Eilleen pour son acceuil et pour les excellents Litchis qui n'ont pas eu le temps d'arriver à l' aéroport . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et comptons revenir.
