This floor also features a common bathroom and spaces dedicated to well-being and leisure: a room with gym equipment and a billiards table, and even an office with a sofa bed, ideal for those working remotely or needing an extra space.



Outside, the magic continues. The pool area invites refreshing dips under the blue sky of Madeira, while the solarium with sun loungers allows you to enjoy the mild climate of the island.



Next to it, a charming barbecue area with an outdoor dining table creates the perfect setting for long, relaxed dinners.

Additionally, for the more active, there is also a games field with synthetic grass at the back of the house, ideal for moments of fun.
