What a great villa and host! Our favorite VRBO ever. We stayed 3 weeks. Great looking cation, comfortable home, very well appointed kitchen, loved the Kohl’s shower and Jacuzzi tub in master bath,a beautiful neighborhood and safe place to walk. All services you could wish for are nearby. We hope to stay at this property again in the future.

I have stayed at this property for part of the year repeatedly for many years. As my previous reviews have noted, this property continues to be well-maintained and a fabulous place, the owner communicative and very friendly ensuring each stay is excellent, and the property conveniently located near many Metroparks Toledo parks and close to Toledo and other communities. In sum, each stay has been outstanding.

The Bluffs is a lovely space - it has comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living room, and great ambience. While we didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub, the jacuzzi and multi-directional shower in the owner suite were excellent. The neighborhood is calm and quiet (especially at night, which is great when traveling with little kids), and also convenient to plenty of area attractions. The host responded quickly when we had questions. We would recommend this property unreservedly, and hope it's available next time we're in Toledo!

I have stayed at this property for 2-3 months per summer many years in a row now and always have an excellent experience. The property owner and property are excellent, and also in an excellent location including for visiting the many parks in an area while being close to Toledo.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

Beautifully decorated home with everything you need including a gorgeous master bedroom as well as a new hot tub in the backyard. Chad was a terrific host and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again in the future!

Nearly perfect place, we would visit again. Probably more of a 4.5 star rating if I could just for our specific case (young kids). Came exactly as advertised, maybe a little nicer even than pictures show. Hot tub was over-chemicaled, but, at least you know it was clean.

The villa was just as advertised. Roomy, bright and clean. Loved the outdoor space where we sat in the afternoon and evening. My husband enjoyed the spa. Chad was a wonderful host. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Host

We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice assortment of basic food supplies in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay in Toledo comfortable and affordable.
