Onedin House is a beautifully presented late Victorian property, located only five minutes from Dartmouth’s town centre and boasting stunning views across the River Dart to Kingswear. Accommodating six people, the property has three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), plus two family bathrooms. There is also a sitting room with magnificent views, a lounge and a kitchen/dining room. Outside there is a wonderful patio and a mature garden, plus a parking permit is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park nearby. This delightful property is equally well suited to two families or three couples, looking for a fantastic, well-equipped base!

TVs in all three bedrooms, ground floor lounge and top floor sitting room.
Top floor has a 40in 4K/UHD Smart TV with Freeview, linked to a DVD player offering over 100 DVDs.
