Villa Thea Antonis is a typical Paxos rental property with private pool, air-conditioned, located just a breath away from Gaios center, in a quite neighbourhood, overlooking Gaios port and the open sea all the way up to Corfu and Greek Mainland.
It is set on the upper level of a traditional Paxos house (owners live underneath and they are available for any need), it is really spacious for a family or party of six and boasts three sunny bedrooms.
Large front balconies offer stunning sea views and un-obscured sight of Agios Nikolaos islet on your foot step.
Layout

Thea Antonis is accessible via a side staircase, which lands on the back balcony and the main entrance leads into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Alongside this area are located the three air-conditioned bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with large double bed and the other two are twins, sharing in between them all one shower and one bathroom.
Bedrooms' windows overlook the open sea and Mainland's coasts just across. On the outside, this charming property is surrounded by a large courtyard, quite safe for children to play.
Pool and Balconies

The living room door opens onto a front balcony, which offers spectacular views and the choice to rest or dine with the bay underneath your feet.

The same applies and for the charming pool which is located in property's courtyard garden. It enjoys sunny terraces and all the facilities for sunbathing or relaxing whilst enjoying the freshening sea breeze.
The Location

The local amenities are only a short walk, whilst Gaios center just half a kilometre away and this is an additional reason why Thea Antonis is considered an ideal place to stay any party seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday away from it all, but also so close to them all.

Perfect choice for a stay in Gaios, particularly if you choose not to drive. High enough up to get the beautiful views. Loved the location, the beautiful pool, the view from the balcony. Ten minute walk into town. Perfect stay in central Gaios with the luxury of your own pool.

Lovely stay in Gaios, clean home with great view and lovely pool area. The family live downstairs and were so friendly and helpful. Great balcony to watch the sunrise and boats sail by. A 5min walk into town down some steps/slope. Would recommend staying here!

Fabulous location, couple of minutes from the square. Pool was a wonderful addition. The view from the balcony is superb, the best I have had yet and this is my 8/9 visit to Paxos. Apartment very spacious. We had a party of four adults and two teenagers it was ideal. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing week in Gaios. The villa is in the perfect location with great views over the harbour to watch the boats come and go. Just a short walk to the town with lots of bars and restaurants and a buzzing atmosphere! No need to hire a car, we took a bus to Lakka one day and also rented a boat to see other beaches. Villa was very clean and all as described. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. The family owners were friendly and helpful but also very discreet if no help was needed. We really appreciated the lift with our luggage to the port on the last day! We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A beautiful location just minutes from the Old Town

What a fab place. We (family with teens) stayed for 4 nights and it was a dream. 5 minute walk either down steps or slope to all Gaios Old Town has to offer- which is a lot! Owners live underneath, so we did have to pass them to travel out, but they never made anything feel a problem. Their Son Hector was fantastic. Villa was super clean. 2 sets of towels each. Aircon in bedrooms only, but there was always a lovely breeze with the windows open. Pool area was stand out. Pool warm and clean in such a beautiful setting. We also booked a skippered boat trip around Paxos and Antipaxos using Makis Boat Rental- highly recommend as a highlight of our visit.

Lovely villa in great location

We really enjoyed our time in Paxos and the villa was very comfortable and met our expectations.The highlights are the views and the pool.The location in our view was perfect, as walking distance to the shops restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful day night.I would add to that that its quite a steep climb up down steps to the town so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues.Our hosts were very helpful and dealt with any queries very efficiently .A special thank you to Hector Martha.

It was a great villa in an excellent location, so close to all the best of Gaios.

The property was perfect location, only a short walk up the hill from Gaios, which is a beautiful harbour with so many lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The villa was simple but had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool area is fantastic, with wonderful views, and there is a lovely balcony too overlooking the sea. The villa is a great size and the owners were very welcoming, helping with taxi numbers and making check in and out very easy. Nothing bad to report, it was everything we needed

We Love Paxos

We just love Paxos and have been coming every year for about 12 years, so after the pandemic it was great to finally return with our family. This time we stayed in a different Villa, one with a pool so our granddaughter could enjoy. What a lovely greeting when we arrived by the very polite owners children Hector and Martha, their English was impeccable. We were made to feel so welcome and the Villa was exceptional, everything we needed with the added bonus of a seaview. A short walk and we were down by the harbour which is always so beautiful with the delightful shops, tavernas and boats. Would definitely advise people to stay in this villa, right in the heart of Gaios, the sunrise is spectacular.

Delightful Apartment with Stunning Views

We had the most delightful stay as a family of four with two teenagers at Villa Thea Antonis. Gaois is a quaint and charming town and the villa is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful views of the bay from the superb wrap around balcony. So you get the views from up high whilst being close enough (via a few streps) to the bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is clean and well appointed with everything you need. The pool and sunbathing area are a big bonus. We had a wonderful four days on the island, would highly recommend the villa and would love to come back.

We made breakfast ourselves. The great location of the apartment, the wonderful view from the terrace. The nice and courteous landlords, their children and the funny grandmother. The mattresses were too hard for us and the beds were too short for tall people (like us).

Excellent, fantastic views

The property exceeded our expectations, we knew it was on the cheaper side, but it was a great place, it was also extremely clean. Also Fantastic Views. The property should have had a BBQ, which was available from the owner on request rather than available all the time, there was also no hairdryer.Our replay: The maintenance issues that you have kindly highlighted have been forwarded to the owner and we will check that these are rectified.
