A beautifully decorated one bedroom penthouse apartment with high spec facilities available for your use - including open kitchen & living room, separate double bedroom and a 25sqm South East facing terrace with stunning views and bathed in sunshine for the majority of the day.
Situated within a well maintained building in the heart of Beaulieu sur mer. A 2 minute walk to the main square - which has a market everyday until midday. 5 minute walk to the train station (giving you access all the way from Grasse to Italy), bus stops (to Nice, Eze & Monaco) and of course the local beaches!
The bathroom has a large rain shower, the kitchen has everything needed to make you feel at home. Internet, smart tv, air conditioning and underground secure parking are all included.
It is a one bedroom apartment however there is a spare bed available on request should you wish for a third person to stay.
