Good location but very noisy
The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops which is convenient but very noisy especially at night right through to the early hours of the morning. The kitchen wasn’t very clean and we had issues with the hot water.

Mi dispiace leggere questo perché non è vero che non c’era acqua calda ed ho anche mandato a controllare un manutentore a cui loro hanno fatto perdere una mattinata perché non volevano che entrasse in casa in loro assenza per poi non farlo andare perché era tutto funzionante.
Mi hanno contattato alle 6 del mattino ed io ho prontamente risposto.
Ho anche mandato agenzia delle pulizie per ulteriore carta igienica e asciugamani.
Riguardo al rumore mi dispiace ma prima di alloggiare bisognerebbe verificare se la zona è di vostro gradimento perché gli altri clienti identificano la mia casa con 10 per la posizione.
Per tutta la casa ci sono apposite indicazioni per rivolgersi immediatamente a me se ci fossero problemi di pulizia ed io intervengo subito con l’agenzia per rendere i miei ospiti soddisfatti.
