Really cute apartment at a great price in a terrific location for shopping, restaurants and getting to all the historic sites. The bathroom is VERY small though especially if you have long legs or are over 5'9" tall and the overall space could use a deep cleaning. Ria was a helpful host and I commend the job she is doing.

Excellent studio apartment very close to Spanish steps. Also close to metro and taxi rank but we walked everywhere. Comfortable bed, effective air conditioning and washing machine. Shower and bathroom are squeezy but eminently manageable for a few days. We would highly recommend this apartment which was clean and with easy check in.
