Situated in the northern part of Mauritius at Pereybere with the famous white sand beach and blue water. Sun Villa is a secured duplex provides a private pool and free WiFi. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a fully equipped kitchen with cold and hot water. Each villa consist of four airconditioning bedrooms with dining, and living on the ground floor. Additionally there are two separate bathrooms and toilets which are located on the ground floor and first floor. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower with cold and hot water. Towels (excl. beach towels) and bed linen are provided during your stay.

The holiday home has a satellite flat-screen SmartTV in living room. Guests can relax at the private pool under the palm trees. The villa is secured with an alarm system and has secure parking space for 2 cars.
The famous public beach Pereybere and the supermarket Winners are just 5 minutes’ walk from the villa. All facilities, restaurants and bars are nearby the villa approximately 5 minutes’ walk distance.

Great stay in pereybere beach!

My family and fiancé stayed here for 2 weeks. We had a great holiday. The villa was beautiful, large and well equipped. Great location. Would stay here again.

Pereybere

The house is satisfactory from most points of view: it fits the job. We never ate there but we did use the small pool and also was good to get Netfllix on the large television. Good to have 2 walk in showers (no bath) and beds were satisfactory comfort wise. There is minimal furnishing and no chairs in bedrooms. Difficult to find for taxi but only 8 mins walk to super market and beach (beware Stonefish on rocks...I was stung). Good restos around and about including French Creperie.

Les vacances dans la villa ont été parfaites,elisa présente au moindre appel,et petits problèmes résolus sur le champs, la villa est au calme,près de tout.c’est super,.nous étions seuls, la villa jumelée n’était pas occupée, a savoir tout de même que la piscine n’est pas privée mais bien pour les deux villas.....et elle n’est pas grande.,,,..a part ça c’est un endroit très agréable, et des transats près de la piscine auraient été au top . merci elisah vous avez été super,!
