Amazing family holiday

Perfect for a family holiday, the 2 houses have enough room to give everyone space but the outdoor space was the high point. The pool and facilities for children were fantastic and the outside seating enough to accommodate our group of 11. The owner was helpful and accommodating and we would not hesitate to book again. Great location for a quiet holiday but close enough drive to everything you need. Looking forward to our next stay at this amazing villa.

Fabulous property to get away from it all

The property is well located just 20 minutes from the airport in a small village of less than 10 houses. It is an excellent location for a quiet holiday, yet only 4km to village with shops etc. The property is set in beautiful grounds and has a reasonable swimming pool, table tennis and a trampoline, so there are activities to keep all ages happy. Nico, the owner, dropped in to clean filters in the pool every couple of days. He was very unintrusive. We had an issue with a local dog coming on to the property and as soon as he knew he found a solution. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this property for those seeking a quiet break.

Fantastic property in beautiful country location

Fantastic service from Stijepo from the start and lovely to meet the owner, Niko, when we arrived. The villa is exactly as pictured but the location and overall amenities and outdoor area of the villa surpassed what we thought. The villa is two separate houses but this suited us with the number of guests we had. The pool is amazing and the number of different outdoor seated areas are fantastic for whatever time of day it is. You will need a car, due to the country location but the views are stunning and make the holiday. It is an easy drive to Dubrovnik, just takes around 45 mins due to the slower roads. Two of our group booked the kayaking, snorkelling and cliff jumping at Dubrovnik, just at the city walls, and loved it. The local grocery store is more like a Spar type size but you can get everything you need and all of the locals are so helpful. There is an award winning restaurant just outside Gruda, with outside tables tucked away by the river and under the trees. The food was delicious and well worth the visit. Stijepo helped us with car hire, transfers and also we could have booked excursions though him also. Would highly recommend this villa and Stijepo and Niko and his wife. Stunning villa and fabulous part of Croatia 🇭🇷

Nice villa with excellent outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay at this relaxing location. The villa offered ample space for our group consisting of 4 adults and five children. The absolute highlight was the spacious outdoor area which in addition to the great pool also offers loads of seating space, shady areas, and sports/game options. The villa owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. This included various gifts of fresh fruits and other local delicacies. Unfortunately the week passed by far too quickly!

Ideal für Gruppenurlaub

Super schönes Haus in idyllischer Lage. Der Außenbereich ist phänomenal. Der großzügiger Pool und die Grillstelle sind optimal für gemütliche Grillabende. Vermieter kommen jeden Morgen und kümmern sich um den Pool und Abfälle. Sehr schön.

Beautiful relaxing villa

Just back from a two week stay with my family. I can’t praise the house, location, and hosts enough. From being picked up at the airport, the welcome from the owners, the super facilities, the relaxation, and the wonder that is the Croatian riviera. Only one bad thing to say, I had to come home.
