Our Townhome offers everything you would need to enjoy your vacation directly within the resort.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is home of two championship golf courses, The Kings and Beach Courses.
You will also find a nice long white sandy beach at A ’Bay, only about a mile from your doorstep.
There are Kayak, SUP, Parasailing rentals and activities at A-Bay.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers two large open air shopping malls, The Kings Shops and The Queens Shops.

As others stated, this is a wonderful property. Great location, clean and very well stocked with beach equipment and in the house (kitchen and baths). Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Really nice townhouse/condo in a really nice resort. The house is well stocked & the furniture, decor & appliances are excellent. The beach supplies provided are great, as are the bikes. The community pool & hot tub are also very nice. It's a great place to stay & enjoy, but also convenient to the main roads for touring the island.

Perfect Location Well Stocked Condo!

This condo has so much to offer - snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, rafts, beach chairs, etc. It was so nice to stay in a place so well stocked for outdoor activities in the area. We loved how close it is to everything!

Family Vacation

The property was just as it was advertised. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner provided clear instructions and also gave good suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The property is near to shopping and at least two very nice beaches.

The property was very nice! The host was amazing with communication. The property was super clean, easy to find and fully stocked. The only issue is parking. I don’t hold that against the host but somedays were a little struggle to find a parking spot. Other than than that, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome property

Property is very clean, lots of towels and extra bedding should you need it. It really had way more space than we needed and we enjoyed it. BBQs at the pool area were very well maintained and clean. The air conditioning works extremely well. We could not ask for much more… we would stay here again.

We love to vacation in Hawaii with our family and We love this place for the convenience and accessibility to the Beach, A-Bay, golf, restaurants, and all of the outdoor activities that are located in this oasis.
We hope you will enjoy the same down time and absolute fun that we enjoy when we are here.

Why they chose this property

This property is great for families, or couples traveling together.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2& 1/2 bathrooms with over 1,800 sq. ft of living space.
We just upgraded all of the sheets to 800 thread count and brand New mattresses in all bedrooms,.
It has 4 very comfortable beds, and 2 and 1/2 baths that makes getting ready in the mornings with large groups bearable.

We provide 3 Bikes, 4 Boogie Boards, 6 Very nice Beach Chairs, 6 beach towels,
2 Umbrellas, 6 Snorkel sets to take to the beach.
The kitchen is large and between the dining room and bar will seat 8, with additional seating on the lanai for 6 more.
Everything is well thought out for your stay here, right down to the wine opener & margarita glasses!
There is a Keurig Coffee Machine with plenty of coffee pods, and every kitchen appliance you should ever need on vacation.
There is a washer and dryer on site so that you can pack light :)

What makes this property unique

Nice Golf course view, only steps from the heated lagoon style pool ,Jacuzzi and fitness center. There are several new outdoor grills that are only steps from your lanai.
