I'm really sorry that there was so much misunderstanding with this client. If she had looked at the google map indicating our location , she would have realized that we were not in the village ofLonda , but above it among forests and fields. Our secluded position is what most guests look for, when they choose us. Italy is 75% mountainous and so it is to be expected that if you want a view and peacefulness you have to climb. The road is narrow up here , but not in bad condition and it is Always easier if you come with not a too big vehicle , like our guests. As for the feeling to be within walls , it's very personal . Our mill belongs to a mediaeval hamlet ini our family for generations and around the mill there are four Other buildings , two are rented during summer and two are inhabited by members of our family who are Always very helpful when our guests need something . Nobody so far has found that unpleasnt just the opposite. The pool is shared but never crowded and is set in the most sunny spot of the area , ten minutes, walk if you reach it along the asphalted road , less if you go along the path accross the fields. Foir sure our guest has booked the wrong property. It happens sometimes. We are really sorry for what has happened .
